The bathroom is in need of some love and renovation and the pool is very exposed which can make it uncomfortable

The air conditioning was too slow to make the room temperature cold enough.

It's relatively clean, nice large room. There is a spa area with a pool and a small gym. Nice large modern TV

The space in the breakfast area is very cramped. The air conditioner was just outside my room and quite loud at night. The elevator "ping" can be heard at night whilst sleeping.

Cleaning staff is very incompetent, absolutely no english. When my toilet didn’t flush I asked the reception to send somebody to fix it. I’ve waited an hour before asking them when the problem’s going to be fixed. They replied when the staff is gonna be ready with all the other duties. Then I mentioned that I have activities to do so I have to depart nearly now, then they’ve given me a new room. Rooms are very small, but still enough for a single person.

Great location right in the heart of Copacabana. Convenient bed, great variety of dishes for breakfast, very friendly, competent and english speaking receptionists.

Missing a bar where you can get some drinks/food during the day. Don’t take studio - way too small even for a solo traveler. Some noise coming from the other rooms and air conditioning. My room had a window which was facing to another wall and even I was on the 7th floor i couldn’t see the sunshine.

Very convenient and safe place - in the middle of the Copacabana beach. Roughly 7 mins to the beach and on the way 3 bars and 2 kiosks for available for refreshments. Across the street lovely burger place for a quick snack. Very helpful friendly staff. Breakfast simple but super tasty. Rooms are clean and maintained as for the 3 start hotel. It has a pool and if its too hot outside was great to enjoy the time there. Great wifi - had no issues making calls or surfing the net.

The shabby bathroom, too opposite from the rest of the room, and the old towels.

Excellent location in the middle of Copacabana, but in a very quiet and green place. The room was spacious and renovated, but the bathroom dated back to the Seventies (last century!) and was not particularly clean (not the shower at least!). The room was not redone after the first night. I asked at the reception why and a young man replied to me there were too many people!?! However, breakfast was rich and good.

Location was great, 2 mins from Copacabana beach. breakfast was ok, not many options. the restaurant had the AC on max in the morning so it was a bit cold. beds were comfortable

Had a single bed in a twin room. Despite asking repeatedly they couldn’t put on a bottom sheet that could tuck in round and under the mattress to keep it secure. This moving sheet affected my sleep.

Lovely, helpful reception staff and great location - only a 5 minute walk to Copacabana Beach. Breakfast was good and again, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely to have the little pool to cool off in!

Our room was quite small, WiFi wasn’t working in the room, the cleaning service was always forgetting to leave the towels, it was noisy - from 6am we could hear everything that is going on in the corridor
