Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Carpet on the corridor was slightly outdated but that really doesn’t matter to be honest haha.
Really loved the hotel, pool, breakfast and the service from the staff was absolutely incredible, specifically Agnaldo and Fernando. We were made to feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. Pool is open until 11 and they have valet service if you have a car. Will be telling all our friends to stay here when they come to Recife! 5* service!

Everything is fine. The design of the room is a bit dull.
We like a lot about this hotel: Spacious room, large rooftop with swimming pool, a gym and super delicious breakfast.

The way the air-conditioning works. Silent and suddenly too noisy. They offered me to change rooms but it is just the way it works in all rooms.

The breakfast was fantastic, with many fresh and tasty options. The hotel facilities seem new, very well-maintained, and the room very comfortable and cozy, with very soft bed linens, a selection of pillows, easily adjustable air-conditioning, and extremely pleasant lighting scenarios. The location is superb, very close to the airport and just a 5-minute walk to the Boa Viagem shoreline.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had in any country. There are options for everyone that change daily, and there is an emphasis on local specialties. The rooftop pool and nearby sauna were also plusses.

The bathroom is a little weird with the toilet placement, at least in my room. It kind of feels like the building was made into a hotel instead of being designed as one. They need to fix the road in front of the driveway.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Some spoke English. Breakfast was good.

I visited the hotel in 2015 and when it was managed by Marriot the quality was much higher. Some of the common areas should be renewed. Bathroom was not perfectly clean.
The location is very good for those who need to go to the airport. Nice rooftop. Overall it is ok as a business hotel. Very appreciated the fact that there is no carpet in the room.

The TV broke after the first night of my stay, and there was no way to fix it. I would not watch it very much, but would like to occasionally glance at the news (especially given the massive power outage in the country on Tuesday morning). Also, the hotel of this stature and reputation should offer guests a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.
A very nice hotel conveniently placed near the beaches, with excellent restaurant. The quality of the food for breakfast was exceptional, and I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant as well. Both the food and the service were exemplary.

The tap water is not drinkable, and they charge you for bottled water. Thats crazy! We travel a lot and that is not the norm!! The shower amenities very skimpy. The restaurant menu is not very exciting. Very little variety. A corkscrew in the room with wine glasses would be a nice touch. Had to chase down getting a wine opener, twice! The pool area can use you some ambiance. It’s very basic but super clean. Check in can be a bit quicker.
Everything very comfortable hotel. Fabulous! Super great beds, linens, showers, and nice large spacious room.

You will find anything you may need within walking distance, beach two blocks away. The amazing thing about this hotel is the kindness of the staff, exceptional!!! Thank you to everyone, Karina and Livia at reception, great guys at restaurant, adorable Nildo , Eduardo, etc making our morning breakfasts the best!!!

Layout bathroom a bit odd. Soap rack in bathroom not functional. Soap and shampoo falls on floor and won’t stay on the rack.
