Being such a reputed chain of hotels, we expect free drinking water. I paid for drinking water and then decided to get the water from Super market.

The location is very good. Near to Expo center. But it far from the city center.

The check in and check out are horrible! I come for this hotel because of events and the service in the reception is always terrible, it takes at least 30 minutes in the line. Worst service possible and never change.

only downside was check in and check out. should be atleast 2 or 3 staff at the reception.

very close to expo Center! 2 minutes walk to shopping Center from the hotel. metro is about 10 minutes walk. can always find cab outside the hotel. check in there is only one person at the front desk so it takes time if there a long queue. in reception they speak good English and also they guide you well if wanna go to the city. simple continental breakfast not a very big spread though! rooms are very spacious and big compared to the ones in the city Center. overall good value for money!

huge problem with language barrier, mainly in the restaurant. although there was an English menu it was still nearly impossible to communicate. the service in the restaurant was PAINFULLY slow- obviously they were under staffed and under trained for the jobs at hand. I could count on half an hour just to order a coffee at the bar and the area was always laden with used dishes.

The corridors were very stinky, probably smoke or the old carpet. Lots of people going and coming due to the conference there, I bet a prostitute would be able to enter easilty despite at least up to the common area since the elevator requires a badge to access your floor. The district is not exactly safe at night, better to use an Uber. I personally walked at night without any issue but there are various homeless at 2 minutes walking from the Hotel and heard people talking bad about security too. The cleaning of the room was not so good: found dirty caming out from under the bed and the sofa (just opening my lugagge next to it...). The room is very big, but looks an empty space for nothing: a better furniture would be good.

Hotel almost glued to the Center Norte shopping, and some minutes walking to the Rodoviaria Tietè. The room was very big, and two restaurants were inside the structure. Swimming pool and sauna were also available.

Awful and noisy room looking to the parking lots of the shopping centre. But there is some kind of construction supply area which makes 24h noise. You can see that area on google maps too. I asked for a silent room and this is what I got. Broken sockets. Missing bedside tables. Worn down carpets. Smell. Etc.
