After my first time at the hotel in 2022 I thought that nothing could surprise me. Wrong! My stay was even better this time. Staff is extremely friendly, the facilities and amenities are superb, both internal and external pools are fantastic, the Spa services are something else! Food is fantastic, tons of options, including dairy-free and gluten-free options, fruits, many different types of breads, juices, cakes, coffees... I've been to many hotels in many different cities around the globe, but this is by far the best hotel I've ever been to. I strongly recommend for a trip with your partner, you'll love it there. The entrance is an amazing landscape, the view from the room I booked was amazing, complete view to the vineyards, the bed is super comfortable, the shower is 5-star! I lack the words to describe how perfect it is and how I look forward to staying there again!

BrazilThey offer 1 glass of complementary espumante per day, it's NOT good. Better not to offer, than to offer something bad. Also, I did some spa treatment, that made me feel a little cheated. I booked for 2pm. I arrived at 2pm. then they asked me to fill in a form, then I waited a few minutes for the masseur, so I guess I started around 2:15. But they still finished the treatment at 2:50. So I lost 15 minutes, which is almost one third of the massage. Also, there was no virtual checkin (an interactive PDF file for new arrivals) in English.
The location is simply incredible. So beautiful! The breakfast, just amazing! Many options, and complementary espumante! Excellent quality! Fair prices in the restaurantes, and the wine list is great. All price options! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa area was also great. Really warm indoor pool! very relaxing!

No words to describe how amazing and delightful it was being at Spa do Vinho. The experience starts when you arrive at the hotel, a fantastic view all around while you drive all the way up to the building. Vineyards, natural light, the astonishing architecture, the fountain... The staff is something else! Polite and helpful people, always willing to help with a huge smile at their face. Room (bed and shower) extremely cozy, some gifts on the table (grape juice and some other delicious cookies), free water on a glass bottle (from a fountain maintained by the hotel staff). If you book a room with a view to the vineyards, be ready to have one of the most beautiful experiences you'll ever have. The sun rises behind the mountains, providing a breath-taken landscape. The breakfast is simply amazing! Excellent coffee, juices, fruits, hot chocolate, hand-made breads, ham, cheese and other charcuterie items carefully sliced in front of you... And Champagne! The dinner was excellent! Candle light! We had our dinner while a pianist softly played calm songs. The meal was excellent, took 8 minutes to come to our table and it was delicious! The price was a surprise: not expensive at all! The same BRL 180 (for two people, with dessert) that I pay in a restaurant located a couple blocks from my house. Oh the spa, the pool is extremely relaxing, the massage was very very good, so good that I relaxed and fell asleep. Check-in was super fast! You sit and wait until a concierge comes with a notebook to check you in and explain every detail about the hotel. Check-out was super fast too. And I recommend that you save some minutes to sit by the fire place to have a calm and quiet moment while you drink something (I don't drink alcoholic beverages, but they have some excellent wines there, I recommend you to try some!). Pay attention to the details on the walls, on the chandeliers, the paintings.

BrazilExtremely procedure-oriented staff. Stiff staff that keep pushing guests to book services . Not so attentive service. Old fashioned uniforms. Restaurant hostess does not allow guests to sit at veranda during sunset.. only those who paid wine tasting. Called manager and director and no answer.
Jewel on the top of wine country or called wine valley This is a non sponsored review. Hotel is managed by Marriott group under Autograph collection. Local front desk and drivers are very friendly and welcoming. The building stands out since it is on the top of a hill and it is L shaped with 6 floors. Hotel is surrounded by orchards , cypress and vines. Absolutely beautiful. Room 203 is bare and a bit outdated. Sleep quality is great Shower and towels are of good quality Cleanliness is very good . Breakfast is the hidden secret, great cakes, eggs, juices and breads. The mostly attentive staff is the bartender named Alcindo Look for him to get local wine tips, cocktails and ideas. He is always pleased to help guests. Check in procedures are done on separate round tables. David was keen to help and was a bit on rush. First time there was expecting to have a more attention to service. Staff is trained to ask guests to book all ac. This is boring and daunting. During sunset staff asks you to book for a sunset wine tasting. As I arrived had no time to decide or not. I just showed up at 1745h and tables and seating area was packed with guests. Booked a table at 9pm. Hostess did not know my table, ordered steak with risotto. Medium cooked to well done. Steak was medium rare. Called manager Dejair and addressed the issue. Following day went to the veranda to enjoy sunset. It was not allowed because I did not have a booking!! It was Monday and hotel was not packed. Totally unexpected and unbelievable. Alcindo the local bartender fixed a table for me in the main lobby. No other staff or management or director spoke to me. Later on during dinner manager Dejair, local sommeliers Felipe and others were attentively. Hotel has to retrain staff to be less stiff and more prone to serve guests . Local staff Felipe, Dejair should be trained to offer personalized TIPS to clients.
