We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyOne small Con of the hotel is that clearly not many tourists land here, so the staff generally doesn't speak English at all. This can make communication quite difficult at times, but all members of the crew were always polite and friendly and willing to try and help find a solution.
The rooms were very clean, although a little small. The beds really were comfortable, and the mattress were great! The breakfast choice was better than the other hotels in the same category we visited during our trip, and all in all was really ok. Another plus point is the location: one of the most quiet suburbs of Sao Paulo.

I arrived in the room late at night with my son and unfortunately was too tired to check the sheets before going to bed. In the morning, and in daylight, I noticed that the pillow cover I was using had a imprint of a shoe. Additionally there was a suspicious brown stain on it and red marks on the sheets that looked like blood stains. The worse, and most disgusting, hotel experience of my life. Never again.

CanadaThe first room we got was full of mold (and smelled as such). We had to ask for another room, as we wouldn't be able to sleep in the first one. Once we got the second room, it was a little better (at least it didn't smell so bad), but we could still see mold in the walls or the window curtain. Additional to that, even though we made the reservation for a couple and a child, we were only given bedsheets, pillows and towels for two people (?). We were lucky that they let us keep the key to the original room, so we ended up making two rooms into one (we got the extra stuff that were missing from room 1 to use on room 2). I do understand that this is a budget hotel, but that shouldn't come at the cost of poor quality maintenance or moldy rooms, that's just unacceptable, in my opinion. The hotel seems to be fairly new, but has some serious structural problems (based on the state of the room) and that needs to be addressed. On a budget hotel, I expect less fancy amenities (or less amenities, in general), which explains the potential savings on the stay. But cleanliness and freshness is a must to any hotel, especially the brand name ones. I would not recommend this hotel.
