Everything. Gorgeous room with full view of the Opera House. Great facilities including roof pool and spa. Gym was basic. Food was excellent. Staff could not be more welcoming.

We had some issues with the sound of a club close to the hotel at night, but the staff of the hotel solved this perfectly for us.

location is very nice. Exactly opposite the opera house. Everything looks very new. Nice pool on top of the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was a beautiful room

Lack of any language other than English. Clueless (though very delightful) staff. Lack of power outlets by the bed. Beware: Staircase to enter the hotel from street level, though staff are always on hand to assist with luggage. Did not see any accessible entrance.

Incredibly friendly and very obliging staff, though most seemed to lack any training at all, plus only a couple could speak anything other than Portuguese. Excellent location right next to the famous Opera - probably best location in all of Manaus. Very comfy beds and great bathroom. Lovely terrace.

The breakfast was ok although not befitting of the price paid. more variety is needed. The location is grreat and central. They gave me a surprise basket with fruits and chocolate. I really loved the service and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Area immediately around hotel was safe but you couldn’t wander very far. This is a factor of f the city, however, not the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. They found a solution when my adapter wouldn’t work and arranged tours and airport transfers for me. The driver and guide were fantastic so I felt safe to explore the areas around Manaus. Beautiful aesthetics and history of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Expensive for Manaus but you get what you pay for - the rooms, restaurant and pool are all lovely and the service from the staff was superb.

The water pressure was somewhat irregular, sometimes no water came out of the faucet, other times it was strong. Hot water varied too.

Great location just across from the national opera house. The rooms were very nice, spacious for two people, sufficient storage. Mini bar was stocked with water and other drinks. View from first floor courtyard included dome of opera house. Staff was very accommodating, allowed me to get into the room early as my flight arrived at 5 am. Wonderful breakfast/dining room with glass dome, showing opera house and lots of light. Nice terrace restaurant. I didn't have time to swim but the pool had a great location, great view of the opera house.

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners. When paying this price, you expect good housekeeping.

it was our second stay during three week Brazil trip. what a treat to come back from Amazon boat trip to this spacious, modern snd bright hotel within old 19th century walls. great location and breakfast. highly recommend.

beautiful interior spaces that creatively blend the old buildings with the modern additions and renovations. rooftop pool is stunning and refreshing. hotel is right across from Teatro Amazonas and the theatre square is quite pleasant on weekends. good restaurants nearby. we really liked the hotel breakfasts; dinner at restaurant (two beef dishes) was just okay but service and drinks were lovely. we probably should have ordered fish. everyone is professional and we are SUPER glad we stayed here! we left our suitcases (no charge) for two nights while on an Amazon boat trip then staying one more night.

we had a problem with the electricity and the AC in our room, which was a major inconvenience. it took long for the staff to resolve the issue. we should have been moved to another room faster.

The transfer was slightly late and luckily I managed to contact them by two other drivers that saw me a bit confused at the airport lobby - not the best start of the experience! Asked for some toothpaste as it was late at night to go out and buy some and got charged 20 reais for a vanity kit which, consider the hotel standard, could have been a complimentary gesture.

Great classic hotel right in front of the main city option and close to the town square with great restaurant options nearby. Tasty decor and very friendly staff.
