You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomQuality of evening menu in restaurant not good at all. Used it 3 times during a 7 night stay and didn't finish one meal. Internet connection in room was appalling constantly dropped out and difficult to reconnect. Was a major issue for work and didn't manage to watch one Netflix program all the way through.

I got over charges for the rooms. location far from city center and everything else. Air condition did not work, got moved to different room but a upstairs pool party blasted loud music all evening.

United States of AmericaIncompetent and rude staff. I made a couple of simple requests and they were not met. For example, I requested an extra pillow. Called the front desk a couple times to remind them after it did not come. Every time I was told that it was coming but it never came.
