Loooong distance to the center. The restaurant has gross flaws for being part of an international hotel chain. For the fact that it is a new hotel, it is surprisingly slightly battered and some details are not completely refined. It would be pointless to enumerate the errors. I know at least thirty other hotels in the city and they are all way worse than this one.

By far the best quality hotel in Manaus. Decent price, English speaking staff. Comparing price and quality, this hotel is an absolute winner. It still lacks world standards, but unlike all the other hotels in the region, this one at least knows the direction.

The mattress for me was a little soft but I prefer hard mattresses. I also would have liked the option of having breakfast included in the cost instead of separate.

The location is excellent for me and the room was silent as I requested. The staff was very helpful and was able to answer my questions easily.

Lobby greeted in mustiness, similar to those in humid countries with beach nearby but it’s nowhere near a beach. Room also had a musty smell. The room is not clean. Stains on surfaces, toilet walls, hairs on floor and amenities.

Nothing. Couldn’t wait to get out.

This hotel is a trap! I don't know why Ramada (wich is a respectable chain) has to do with this... construction... I never saw a hotel with with only one faucet, only for cold water to the bathroom sink. Windows are only for rain. The sensation is the motorway is passing through the room. Breakfast is quite poor, the same every day. Far from anything.

Power outlets that came out of the wall, non-functioning lamp that wasn't replaced after I reported it, crumbling wood desk/surface, noisy elevator.

Air conditioning is horrible and barely works.

Staff is slow, location far away from everything. It is not possible to find something to eat in the vicinity while the food in the restaurant is belo average.

We stayed for two nights, before and after visiting the Amazonian rain forest. The rooms are decent as expected from the pictures.

Fire safety measures (there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, so we had to evacuate; the siren was barely audible and there are several shortcomings in the fire safety measures that I noticed while evacuating), very small rooms, location is tricky and Uber drivers are likely to ditch you because of it, our beds were not made on our second day (only mini bar was refilled), the in-house restaurant is a complete joke (don't go there!)

First room was not very clean... Second room was a little better. I'm still waiting for my refund to my credit card; Hotel staff member assured me I would be refunded... I should be refunded for two days as told by staff member but have not yet received it. I will be contacting my credit card company in the event I do not see the refund posted to my credit card.

On the last day there was an electrical fault. We discovered that there was a problem because we were unable to turn on a light in our room towards the end of the afternoon. Reception did not answer the phone so I headed out of the room to ask about the problem. I immediately discovered that the corridor was full of smoke - there was a fire somewhere! I tried to operate the fire alarm, and my partner and I made our exit via the stairwell. Here are things I observed: 1) Despite that the corridor was full of smoke, and electrical power had failed, there was no audible fire alarm. No alarm sounded when I operated the fire alarm panel, the "break glass" type. 2) The emergency lighting in the stairwell was not operating. 3) The stairwell had clutter blocking it in one or two places. I do not think that this hotel pays proper attention to fire safety and would not recommend that anybody stay there until the issues are resolved. We were offered a transfer to another hotel. As it was late afternoon on our last day (my partner's flight was later that night, mine the following day) we declined this offer, but asked for 1 day to be deducted from our bill. The desk staff agreed to this, but it does not seem to have been done. No partial refund has been received. We were told that power should be restored in "6 to 8 hours". When I left to head for the airport the following day (about 18 hours later) power was still not restored.

Breakfast was very good! Staff were generally helpful, the place was nice enough though when we asked about the gym this was "not yet" - still under construction.
