Plumbing needs TLC.. room a little tired but I guess the Price reflects the condition of this Hotel .... Electrical plugs in awkward positions ... really nothing serious wrong I will return

The hotel is near the center, very close to everything. It was very clean, and very spacious. the pool is small and not very clean, people kelt their food and trash everywhere. the breakfast was good and has a lot of choices.

The place is in disrepair and badly in need of maintenance. The rooms are not well cleaned and we had issues with our sink and air conditioner while we were there. To be fair, however, management resolved the issues fairly quickly. I would stay there again.

The location is very good and the price was economical. The breakfasts are excellent!!!

Cleanliness wasn’t the best, old rotting table which the fridge was sitting on in the corner of my room which I cut my leg on so be careful if you have children.

There come constanly water in of the roof in the bathroom, the aircondition break down in the night, there was no light outsite the room and with the elevator.

Terribly bad The photo's on the site dont represent reality!!! This hotel is terribly bad. The hotel is in very dilapidated condition, everywhere things are broken or breaking down. Everything has been dated for several decades, interior from 1965.... Loose ceilings, broken tiles, faulty plumbing, dilapidated and old and above all VIES. It is not cleaned at all or very poorly, even by Brazilian standards as we are used to during our tour. Staff mostly grumpy. Located in a slum area. Pool broken while we had booked that very hotel for our children. It was so bad that we cancelled the second part before returning from the jungle tour. Highly discouraged. See also the pictures

The bathroom was driping water from the roof, the bathroom was disgusting and different from the photos, and the floor was not quite clean. I had to ask to change to another room because it was so bad. Breakfast has some nice and bad days. There is a bit of noise from the street.

The staff is very nice and tried to help as much as they could. The location was good but the quality of the room does not worth the money.

The faucet in the bathroom were leaking. Towel had holes in it in one room. Light switches were broken in one room. Door to shower were broken. Bathtub wasn't clean and needs maintenance.
