The air conditioner in our room, 147, the air conditioner was right beside the window next to the bed. It was very loud at night. The bed was a bit hard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe in the area walking home frome dinner at 20h or 21 h.

One of the glass window nesr the bed was broken, and it was closed instead by a rolling shutter, we can hear the voices on the street and the cars passing. The young receptionist was very rude when checking-in, insisting that he dont speak english many times in a rude way

The location 5 min walk of Avenida Paulista the best and safest place for tourists. The room was large with a small kitchinette

There was a coffee machine in the room but no cups to drink it from, not a major issue but just another trip down to reception. I had problems with logging on to the internet every day but luckily the gentleman on reception was very helpful. I think it was to do with the Apple Security settings on my phone.

The staff were extremely friendly / helpful and the location couldn't have been better.

The room is huge and comfortable. The room has a good view. The hotel is close to Paulista avenue. There are a lot of facilities close to the hotel and also it's close to subway station.

We arrived at about 11:30pm after traveling all day and the receptionist was off hand, arrogant and unhelpful. At that time of night you really need staff who go the extra mile!

Generally an excellent stay. Good facilities, right in the centre of the city with pleasant, helpful staff and a great breakfast.

In the bathroom, the paper was not really good, and the shampoo and soap seemed a bit cheap, I believe if they invest in these small things, it will definitely step up their game. Soap for cleaning the glasses left there was missing, I think they could leave there some dishes and cutlery just in case you have to eat something fast at the spot.

The room was clean, everything was comfortable, the location is great, wifi is of a good quality and there is paid parking inside the Hotel.

The hotel is in an older building that needs updates. The room also needs some renovation. the furniture is worn out. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul (the sink in my room (151) was cracked and it was also leaking; the tiles have seen better days).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, close to everything. The breakfast buffet was delicious (you can order freshly made omelettes and tapiocas).

The bed had tiny sheets that didn't even fit the mattress well. The pillows were tiny and not comfortable. There was no comforter on the bed just another sheet for covering.

I didn’t like the Wi-Fi service, it had poor connection. Besides that the staying price was very expensive. My bedroom was uncomfortable. It seemed that it was broken. Didn’t like the bedroom.

The internet connection can be improved. Often it didn’t work. Advice for all travellers to São Paulo: Dont show your phone at all times outside.

The property is located in one of the nicest areas in São Paulo. The room/apartment was very spacious with a nice shower and comfortable bed. it has a safe balcony and nice breakfast included!
