Czech RepublicAll services were slow (30min+), so calculate with it when planning any trips/activities. Staff doesn´t speak English so usage of translation app is necessary on a daily basis. Constant playing of recorded music in the swimming pool area is killing the relaxation vibe, which could this place offer (because it has amazing nature garden around with lot of wild birds/parrots). I did not appreciate the kitchen that much as it was missing fresh vegetable and fruits, it was more build from brasilian fried food and eggs. Some of the tours were overpriced (but the price is dictated by the brasilian government, so it can´t be negotiated).
Very nice and spacious resort with plenty of big rooms (good quality aircon) and parking spaces in front of each room, different types of swimming pools/sauna/whirpool, big restaurant and seperate bar, small gym, small massage saloon, small gift shop, big pond for fishing with grilling area. Planty of outdoor sport activities within the hotel area especially for kids, so I highly reccommend this resort for big families. However it´s neccesary to count with renting a car (or a car with driver) to be able to move around the city and visiting the amazing nature. Resort has its own travel tour office in its area, which can also arrange the car with driver.

BrazilThe bathroom was absurdly huge and the water would often flow outside from the shower. There were always some mosquitos inside the room, even though we were not there on their season - there were no mosquitos outside. The loot and the shower had their own space closed by a glass door that never closed properly. You could turn the exhaust fan to put out any odors or moist, but the noise it makes is just irritating. The hotel is really large and each place would be very far apart so prepare to walk quite a bit from the room to the breakfast. The hotel could easily be sold in an all inclusive comercial model, instead of charging for very expensive beer and other amenities. It's hard to not think that most people would buy just a single beer for their whole stay due the high prices + the accommodation's prive which isn't cheap. So, instead of having fun with a fixed fee that you know how much it will cost at the end of the day, they prefer to make their profit by charging these extras - even at the included dinner, where you have to pay for what ever you want to drink, even water. Dinner feels like they are really making an effort to achieve a certain quality - but for the price you are paying I would've expected more. It feels like you are having an all-inclusive quality meal while paying more for it. Nothing had a bad taste or was unpleasing to the eye - but it just feels a ripoff when you think about how much more you've payed for it - again, I think they are playing the wrong cards in regards with the commercial model.
Breakfast is really great with fresh fruits, different brad types, omelets made by request, all sorts of hot beverages, fresh juice. The room is really big as well as the bathroom. The place is really beautiful, lots of nature combined with the pool and sports courts. We even saw wild life like Toucans, Capybaras, Red Macaws and Agoutis roaming around the place without being caged or fed by the hotel.

FranceThe division of the room was not ideal for a family of 4. There is no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom, leaving very little space to change clothes in private.

United Kingdomthe room was quite dated and had the AC units attached to the external wall, when we used the AC it was extremely noisy and the whole wall and room was vibrating like in a plane it was about to take off. it was very hard to sleep with this noise and vibration. we asked reception to help but their engineer said it’s normal and they couldn’t do anything.
