The pool is under maintaince. Was mostly an inconvenience, not a dislike. Maintenance is a good thing, just not on my visit. "Giggles".

The room could have been a bit cleaner (I felt it needed to be vacuumed before we went in). The tea cups and kettle were dusty. In my opinion, everything should be well cleaned before guests enter.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. The Wifi was not working in the room but I was able to avail of work space off the reception area which was great. I would describe the pool as a large Hot Tub not a swimming pool.. Saying that I would love to have stayed longer and would certainly go back.

Overall it was an awesome experience. We were bit concerned as we couldn't get room in the hotel where our conference was. However it turned out to be a gr8 alternate. The location, rooms , price and the exceptional staff all were enough to checkout with a smiling face after 3 days.😃. We will certainly stay again on our next visit.

Poor communication between staff teams caused issues - being told off like children for drinking 'in the wrong place' (when directed there) was unnecessary. Rooms were clean but communal areas could be better.

Great location - very handy for local bus and ski shuttle, and a short walk into town. Lovely hot pool - like a huge jacuzzi.

The advertised pool was a little misleading. My daughter was looking forward to it, only to find out when we arrived it was only a large hot tub.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was within walking distance, and the underground parking was great.

Open access to any member of the public to hotel room corridors. Not enough towels for number of guests in room - had to ask daily for more towels as the cleaners kept taking them. Broken toilet, not adequately fixed during our stay - small attempt made to fix but broke straight after. Not hotels fault but don't rely on free ski shuttle as it often does not stop for pick ups. Also not very regular so having our car was necessary. Avoid hotel restaurant for breakfast (buffet option). We arrived 10mins after breakfast started and the buffet was a poor selection and awful quality - hot food was over cooked and soggy. Much nicer food available up the mountain or in the main village for a similar price. No air con (heating option only). We had the window open for the duration of our stay and the fan going. Not a major deal but would have preferred cooling option too.

Pool and sauna was great - especially around dinner time 5-6pm when it was quieter. Rooms were good sized and well equipped (fridge, kettle, etc). Plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. Toiletries provided in the bathroom were a lovely touch and great quality. Secure parking. Computer and printer free to use which was great for our Banff Park Pass. Restaurant in hotel lovely for dinner and drinks. Staff friendly. Cosy lobby area Overall a brilliant stay!

Very dark, closed in, hideous pea green painted rooms, no mirrors in room, insufficient lighting in room, bathroom mirror too small, terrible lighting, couldn’t see to do makeup

Rooms were claustrophobically small, even the toilet was angled into the sink my legs had to be angled out into the tub to sit down. Our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, sheets were insanely stiff and starchy.

Gave me zero issues Paying damage deposit with debit credit card which was such a relief. Can’t stand when hotels won’t accept them. Hotel was very adult friendly.

Some of the staff seemed as though they really didn’t want to be there. Smiles and acknowledgement of hotel guests go a long way to setting the overall tone; however there are some really great people working there, albeit a small majority. Rooms are starting to look a little dated when compared to other hotels down Banff Avenue. Not a lot for young children to do other than the pool. For the price it’s becoming less and less reasonable every time we stay here. Unsure if we would go back and we’ve been staying here for almost a decade on our trips to Banff!

Good location and food in the restaurant was incredible. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious enough for a young family of four.

Room situated on 4th floor No blankets Noisy hallways when people are going by the room. Rooms are getting dated(wall covers, rugs.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Made checking in and checking out very simple. This is my 7th time staying here Happy birthday, wishes were very nice from front desk staff.

Convenient with the spa, rooms were large and clean. The shower head was amazing!!!! Never wanted to leave for that alone. Artwork on the walls is fun to just walk up and down the halls looking at it all.

It’s a great hotel, but the spa was a complete rip off. The masseuses were late to our 12pm appointment, finally got in at 12:10 Rushed our massages to finish at 1.00pm It just sucked feeling them rushing , they did not even try to hide it, almost getting really rough moving my limbs in their haste to complete. Hubby did not even get scalp or feet touched. The pedi’s were worse. I had to redo my polish at home it was so bad. The technician was fresh out of school , when I am paying 75 bucks for a pedicure , you better know what you doing!!
