You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

CanadaWow couldn't get any closer to the Scotia Bank Arena,,, I think I could have hit it with a baseball from our balcony. The bed was comfy. The shower was nice. The appliances we all good ( we only used the fridge ). The only thing was one cabinet door needed some love. It's in the middle of everything ACC, Ripley's and Union station ...all Right there ! Longo's , restaurants and a LCBO under the building. I would book this again no problem

CanadaUse of electronic key tabs to access building, use lifts and access corridor was initially a pain, but we got used to it. However, in one of lifts at least, there was a problem in getting tab to work which was experienced by other users (so not specific to this apartment)
Excellent location near bus and rail station, and for visiting Aquarium. My adult son was with me and we were both very comfortable, one in bedroom, one on sofa bed in living room - both of us slept really well. Appreciated apartment being warm as cold snap (one day snow flurries all day) when we were there. Living room airy and small balcony (we used briefly but cold outside!) Enjoyed using pool and appreciated that also a large well-equipped gym. Well equipped kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Also option of using sitting area with Wi-Fi access near reception. Reception staff helpful and professional. Nishi responded immediately to phone and texts.

AustraliaIt could benefit from a freshen up. I don’t think ‘beautiful’ is truly an accurate description. To clean or, better still, to repaint the walls would only take a few hours. The fly screen was torn and would be easy to replace at minimal cost. Also, either the T.V. did not work or it needed to have clear instructions.
The property has an excellent location near Union Station and the MapleLeaf Stadium. Although very central, it was quiet with very good security.

AustraliaThe unit was dirty. The glass had finger prints all over it, the tracks in the sliding door were dirty. The bedside tables were so dirty behind them. The bedside units were all marked. The bar leaner table top moved and the chair was damaged. There was a plunger by the toilet which we were expected to use when the toilet didn't work correctly. The kitchen cupboards were peeling and looked terrible. The vent above the stove kept falling off. There were no cooking utensils for cooking. Lots of pot lids but no pots to go with them. There is no free to air tv, as there is no aerial cord. We tried to hook up to Netflix and it didn't work. We couldn't get the tv to go at all. I think we paid too much for this apartment because of the condition it is in. The photos need to be updated to reflect this. On arrival all the wallpaper in the hallway was taped to the wall, the next day we had to step over tradesmen tools as they had blocked off the hallway to complete renovations in the unit next door. The pillows were stained as was the duvet cover.
