The bed was a bit hard, linens were thin. If there was a fluffier duvet or a softer bed this would be a home run stay.

The room was newly renovated, new linens, very clean, prime location off railroad ave so walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking on site was included, great for the location. It's a motel style but the room stayed warm even in -20C. Did not use hot tub but it was open. Value is great for a usually expensive Canmore stay.

Bathroom was cold. Access door was frosted up and our boots were quite cold as were sitting close by.

Only complaint is that the nespresso machine didn't work (for me!...I was at the Palliser Fairmont a week prior and that one didn't work for me either, bring back the Keurigs!).

The room was perfect size, I appreciated the usb receptacles and the lighting in the room! nicely done!

The heating system was clunky, and very loud. The TV in the room Seemed to have a mind of its own what buttons did or didn’t work, and randomly the volume would go up or down. Sadly, my room was above a room which had a dog which barked a lot, and could hear it though the floor in the night. None of these things were deal breakers, but, I did expect a little more from the price point of this room. The property could benefit from a booking system for the hot tub, so that guests all have a fair chance of accessing it, especially during busy times, sadly it wasn’t a feature I was able to use as it was always occupied when I tried to go.

The room was comfortable with a large king bed, good size floor space and place to store clothes etc. good size fridge and it is very close to Canmore town centre and everything is within walking distance.

Honestly, the pillows. I understand this is definitely an individual complaint, but I've had better pillows at a Travelodge. I don't know how every suite is, but we really found the pillows mediocre.

The suite was perfect for our needs and it was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor hot tub was excellent as well. Not to mention it was worth it being right downtown for a relatively short stay.

There was no duvet cover, just an ill-fitting flat sheet. The front desk was not staffed and the front office was locked my entire stay. You can hear everything going on in the rooms next door.

The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room was aesthetically pleasing. There was a coffee and cocktail station included.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lamphouse hotel. The warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere, created a delightful experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend

I've stayed here before in the spring and it was fantastic. Still great this time but it was absolutely freezing. I don't know if the heat was just broken because there was a space heater in there, but it did nothing to keep the room warm. I had to wear three layers of clothes to bed and it was about 10 degrees when i got up. I get it it's a winter town, but I still want to be warm inside lol. I would've brought my own if I was just informed it would be cold.

It's always clean. Beds are super comfy and curtains keep it nice and dark, not too noisy. I like the rocky mountain soaps, and it's a fantastic amount of space for the price.

the room was too warm and we had to open the door and windows to cool it down. (even after turning the thermostat off.} woke up to the grader clearing the parking lot at 7am. would like an instruction manual for the Cube, as well as some way to turn off the screen. It was too bright at night when trying to sleep. a shelf in the shower would be helpful.

the heated floor in the bathroom was nice. everything was clean. felt comfortable walking around in bare feet. there were plenty of hooks to hang coats, etc. and lots of drawer space.

The temperature in the room was too high, and opening windows did not help. Turning off the heat did not help. The temperature would just go back up no matter what you do (and it was Oct 20 and chilly outside). Something needs to be done with the rooms, like for example enabling the AC to be operational during all seasons, not just the summer.

The hotel is very central to everything on the Main Street and some very scenic walking trails. The hotel was super clean and well taken care of. We’ll worth the money and would definitely highly recommend to anyone!

The shower set up (half-wall). There was a wet mess on the floor after each shower. My room was on the third floor and there was no elevator.

The room was spacious, amenities were good, ample parking, and the location was perfect.
