We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaRooms had a lack of plug-ins. For the road warriors who are trying to do some work I had to pull out the bed and unplug a lamp to plug in my computer and chargers. I had to unplug the other lamp to plug in my Cpap machine to sleep.

CanadaThe exterior of the Bras d'Or Lakes Inn superficially harkens back to a motel from some time ago, but inside you find amazing staff, clean updated modern rooms with great amenities, and the bar and restaurant seal the deal. The restaurant is excellent, the bar had live music on a Thursday night. We were very happy with our stay and will stay again.

CanadaIt is a bit more rustic in terms of styling, but not in a bad way, just may not be to everyone’s tastes.
The location was great for getting an early start on the Cabot Trail the next morning. Easy to find, clean and the staff were great. We loved having the electric fireplace when we got in after a rainy day.
