The hotel is in walking distance to the central train station - Gare de Palais - and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The isolation and temperature control in the rooms was good. Although I was on a ground floor, I didn’t hear noise from the street and I slept comfortably.

Your parking situation is HORRIBLE Had I known I would have to pay for parking at multiple locations with multiple dirt piles and pot holes and garbage and street debris i really might have changed my plans. Your guests deserve better As to what I’d start with better parking lots and until then perhaps free or less than $30 And if you are going to charge people then make sure you charge EVERYONE Guests were parking there without paying for a parking pass and the whole parking process or lack thereof really left me disgusted and disappointed.

Make sure that the bed was not damaged before you give the room to the customer. The restaurant was ok but the staff was too busy. Too fast to take orders and to pay for the service. Customer skill needs to improve.

In general, I enjoy my trip. The staff was polite. I slept well.

I know that making up rooms isn't really a thing any more, but a coffee reset would have been nice!

Check in was very easy - friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel parking was quite expensive $32 per day, but the front desk advised us that there was an indoor parking lot at $18 per day directly opposite which was a much better option. The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. We didn't use the breakfast resto or pool, but both looked nice.

Was not impressed by the lackadaisical attitude of the front desk staff. I understand it is the age, but, a young manager had to come out and retrieve them from their chat corner to have them serve clients.

Accommodations where great. We where put on the 2nd floor (thank god, one of the elevators was out of order on Sunday January 28, checkout time. So we had to go up and down by foot to bring our luggage down. I reminded the staff at the front desk that at one point in time, this would have been their task.

395 was a little tricky to find upon check in. Lack of directions on wall or from staff. Could have said something about that weekend having lots of rude students staying. We had to follow up on request for additional body lotion,

Clean, comfortable executive room. Good location, near Videotron where we attended a sports event as well as the old city. Excellent breakfast restaurant and Mixology options. Front desk was very professional. Very spacious room and bathroom/shower.

The area behind the hotel is mildly sketchy (which I realize is no fault of the hotel), but it has been slowly improving.

The price and location are hard to beat. We used to stay at this hotel several years ago because it was dog friendly. We were satisfied with the hotel then. After the renovations the prices doubled so we stopped going in favor of the concorde (better price and easier locale for walking around). When I saw the very good price We decided to try it again. The renovations were spectacular. The foyer doesn't look the same at all. The breakfast at the hotel (especially when included in the price--which we didn't have this time), is the best of any hotel I have stayed at, ever!!!! The location is good but improving all the time. Some very nice boutiques around. Easy enough to walk to Old Québec. I would absolutely stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful and completely bilingual, which is super helpful.

Parking space was dark, messy, no valet parking available. It didn’t include breakfast and soft drinks like coffee, tea or water. Pillows were terrible. We could hear everything from the room next to ours.

Location, clean, waiters from the buffet restaurant are super friendly and nice. The renovation of the lobby is nice.
