No plug for the hand basin wastes a lot of water. Lots of stairs up to our room, but then it's an older property.

Very welcoming host, excellent breakfast and lovely facility. Angie responded promptly to any request. We were fighting with the TV and modem, which she fixed, no problem! The dining room is a very inviting and friendly place

Grand historic home located just blocks away from the downtown & sites within a lovely east coast residential area. Walkable score 10. Peaceful, comfortable and cozy. Great breakfasts and a very welcoming host Angie. Definitely a must while stay when visiting lovely Fredericton. I was upgraded to a beautiful large suite. Thank you Angie!

From the minute we arrived, Angie made us feel right at home. The Carriage House Inn is just beautiful 😍 There is a lot of history in the home, and it's so nice that all the features are kept traditional. it's truly breathtaking.. Angie was very helpful in recommending restaurants to eat and places to visit. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, which was included in the price of the stay home cooked by the lovely Angie.We will return if we are ever in Fredericton again. Centrally located and you can walk to everything. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. ❤️

Everything was perfect

Super cozy, beautiful and authentic old Victorian Downtown House with antique furniture from the 19th century. The host Angie was lovely and made me feel like home and she was very caring for my wellbeing during my stay. She made excellent breakfast every morning which was included in the price. I was so lucky to get most beautiful and luxurious king room with a comfortable bed and lot of sunshine coming in though the corner window.

Pillows were not very comfortable and needed more firmness. The wallpaper in the bathroom is very tired looking and poorly hung.

Location.Very walkable to center of city. Our hostess Angie was great . Made us feel at home . Pointed out local attractions. Made a spectacular breakfast. Because of the age of the house , was concerned it may be drafty( stayed in November) . It was lovely and warm. Bed comfy .

Booked this room for my mother who was visiting us. Angie remembered my mom when she last stayed with her and changed the booking to suit my moms preferences which was amazing. Will definitely be back.
