Bed was quite hard (just a personal preference for a softer bed}. Everything else was good. There were some very noisy neighbours either incoming or exiting in the early hours. Noise outside the room in the corridor was quite loud.

Staff were excellent, Very helpful. Location was reasonably central to where we wanted to be. Room was spacious and comfortable. kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The hotel had a good deli type selection of foods etc.. that was very convenient.

The fact that it was a grab, pay and go breakfast with limited choice. The Hotel was under renovation which we found our when we arrived and there were some suspect electrics exposed in our room at floor level.

The facility is very nice. The location is so perfect, so close to many shops, centers, restaurants, the Core mall, metro and bus stations. The staff are truly very friendly. The housekeeping is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook our food ourselves. The toilet has bidet! The manager is also so nice, we had to reduce our stay due to an emergency, the manager could still make us pay as our booking was non refundable but he was so nice! Thank you.

The breakfast was a bundled deal, but you had to collect it from the breakfast room, and it arrived cold. Unfortunately, renovation noise began at 8 am and persisted until 6 pm, which greatly disrupted my peace and quiet.

The location is conveniently situated downtown, close to everything. The room was quite spacious, and housekeeping was provided daily throughout my 6-night stay. Free coffee and tea are provided in the breakfast room.

The building overall is somewhat dated but well maintained. The windows are quite small which means you don't get much light. The kitchen could have had more utensils. You have to put in your order for breakfast by 10pm the night before rather than just buffet style you can turn up to.

It is a big room that is clean and comfortable. The building overall was mostly quiet during my stay although with some minor construction noise which you were notified about on a sign. It is only 5 or so minutes walk to both the river and the light rail. Housekeeping service was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit noisy due to renovation.

Majority of the rooms are suites with kitchenette. It is very convenient for making simple dishes for the family under cold and snowy weather. It’s also conveniently located near skywalk, convenient stores. More, it’s the pick up point of our tour to Banff which saved our travel time. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dining table was a bit small, hard to accommodate our height, and can only fit four people. Kitchenware was a little bit short for a 3-night stay with 5 people. For example, we're missing a big bowl and there weren't enough dish soap and dishwasher detergent for our 3-night stay.

Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and was able to comfortably accommodate my friends as well. The reception desk was really nice, and tried their best to serve us well. The location was really convenient for us, a dollar store and a convenience store nearby. Being in downtown made it easy for us to attend Calgary Expo, which is our purpose of our trip. The bidet was a really nice addition to our room!
