The pool water was very cold but I understand that they had just cleaned it out. My shower made an annoying squeaky sound when the water came out. Also, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty or didn’t work. I also had several problems with my key card for room 219. I had to get it reset at the desk. The room door seemed to need maintenance because it was hard to open and close. Lastly, the room phone had a flashing message light that would not stop - I called the front desk to ask for my messages but was told that there was a problem with the phones. I had to cover the phone so the light would not bother me. I noticed that many of the rooms’ outside windows were very dusty and dirty as you walk along the hallway to the rooms on second floor.

I enjoyed the view facing West because the trestle bridge and coulee was a beautiful scene! I also enjoyed the lofty view of the atrium along the walkway above the pool.

Television didn't work easily. Staff had to fix it on day 2 and I couldn't shut it off. Impossible to turn on!!!Old motel....carpet and walls in hallways needed a cleaning. Very worn out. No muffins for breakfast. Telephone message light blinked red all the time. They couldn't fix it. Heating and cooling fan wasn't user friendly and I couldn't operate it. One of the knobs was broken off.

Staff were excellent and the room was clean. Pool was large and indoor with a large hot tub separate. Price was right.

Inn is older and rooms are small, but clean. Not a lot of sound proofing, a lot of noise from pool and upstairs.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pool area very cool and liked that there was seating area beside. Rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast was average.

Room very hot, and the owner told us they were trying to correct it. Our room had 2 double beds, and one side was very close to the wall. Very hard to get in and out of bed without climbing over the bed. Having some mobility issues was difficult. Hot tub wasn't very hot.

Great location. VERY clean rooms. Very friendly new owners. Was able to accommodate us with being on the main floor. Center Court is really nice, with a decent size pool and a great view of the river bottom and high level bridge from the hot tub. Breakfast was good with juice, Coffee, eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, and cereal. Coffee was actually really nice. Will stay again.

The breakfast was great, and plentiful!! The hot tub and pool were actually open, compared to every other hotel/motel we've stayed din the last 2years!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing, and the park and trails are right there!! Beautiful! Best place we've been in a loooooong time

Breakfast was ok - it was what was expected altho some fresh fruit would have been nice. There were a lot of flies around which was unappealing. Location was easy to find. Parking was sufficient. No elevator. Not great for heavy luggage but the front desk staff offered to carry it up for us. Rooms were very stuffy when we arrived.

The keys did work and had to be reformatted a number of times. The laundry room was loaded was waiting to be washed. There were no keys to the outside door and it was propped open. The air conditioner worked well but only on one setting.
