We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaHave to push door hard to get it to lock. Bath sink doesn't drain very well. Hot water in evening was not very hot. Cold pool. Covered half the time we stayed. A bit of landscaping would go along ways. Weeds have taken over.
Price a bit cheaper but not by much. Reasonably quiet rooms. Quite spacious with a desk as well.

CanadaI thought the breakfast was boring. I mentioned it is unfair business practises to advertise a breakfast bar, when it is actually closed down. We are not in a pandemic, there are no restrictions. Advertising it is misleading. I chose this motel for this reason. I have dietary restrictions & could not eat much. I actually thought my room came with a kitchenette, so I brought food to cook. I did not get one.
I liked that it was quiet, which was what I asked for. The owner lent me some bowls to heat up some chili I brought. I liked that I could speak freely about any concerns I had.

CanadaI was disappointed that I had to have a bagged snack in my room. Covid didn't stop the Motel my friends stayed at from having their breakfast in the dining room. There were two employees of the chain sitting talking unmasked in the area I was not allowed to go into. That didn't make any sense to me.
The room exchange to meet my requirements were good and the office allowed me to check in early to attend my function in town. The cleaning staff were patient with me when I had to come back into the room to eat my breakfast snack.
