I didn't like the head of the shower, and how loud the air conditioning it was, and at around 3:23 am the radio started talking to me, like really loudly wich started me quite a bit took some time to turn off.

I loved the views from out the window and how there is a schedule for children to be in the pool. I loved the fact that there is an outside area at the hotel it gives off a lot of freedom the space is big and nice. I loved how they left lots of cooking supplies.

Hotel was great but the restaurant was a disaster. Waited over an hour for food and when it came it was dry and missing items. Also got overcharged $40 which I didn't realize until after. Would stay at hotel again...restaurant never again!

In one of our showers the shower head flow was slow and sprayed all over. We let staff know and maintenance came up and replaced it asap. Great response time!

The room was comfortable. We had a Mountain View, but included is a view of a small pond and marshland. It was beautiful in December and we saw eagles flying around the area.

Staffs are not friendly at all. When I said good morning at the front, three of them totally ignored me. No smile, no greetings, no appreciation. The contactless entry is good but they should have at least an eye contact. It was very cold feeling. The room and facility was good but we won’t come back again.

Not so convenient without a car as the transport came in and out of the Adventure Centre which was a 10 minute drive, and public transport was unavailable.

Comfortable suite, nice restaurant on site with good views. Walking distance to watch the Eagles at the river. Front desk booked us a cab when another firm couldn't guarantee us being picked up when we wanted. Heated pool and jacuzzi.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. I LOVE that we were allowed to bring both our dog and our mountain bikes into the room. They have a bike wash station right outside and provide rags for cleaning and drying bikes. Amenities are wonderful and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We were in Squamish for work, but also spent time recreating. This hotel is perfect for both!
