Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Booked a room with golf course views and arrived only to be given a room behind the front desk by front entry of hotel and the air conditioning sucked in all of the smokers smoke at the front door. Very disgusting

Restaurant facilities needs a total review! Current staff working hard but understaffed and not sure business protocols streamlined! Need for scripts , process flow and responsibilities required! Major line ups even though reservation times booked! Look at conference rooms to handle excess demand and or terrace! Huge terrace could have seating /canopies to handle excess seating requirements!
Close to old Quebec so easy access !Golf on property and course was well maintained! Check in and out very efficient!

Asked for towels in the morning and never got them even though I called back to remind staff. Long wait to have breakfast at the restaurant although we had reservation. No vegan options or healthy options on the breakfast that was included.
Amenities and room were very clean.

Slightly expensive for what they offer. I didn't like that they didn't have the shuttle (and they said it was because of COVID) - one of the reasons I've decided to book this hotel was because of the shuttle and I wished I had known that the shuttle wasn't available prior to my booking. I didn't like that I couldn't have housekeeping service in my room - I didn't know (wasn't informed) that I needed to book this service in advance, so I stayed there for 3 nights and on the first night when I asked if I could get the service, they informed me about that and said that unfortunately they were fully booked and they couldn't provide that to my room. Lastly, breakfast wasn't that good (and the service was really slow) so I didn't think it was a good call to get breakfast included option in my booking.
Big room with comfortable bed. Everything was clean and friendly staff.

They could have enough coffee in the room for the number of people registered and for the number of mornings spent in the hotel.
Very clean, well maintained and respecting covid measures. Well trained personnel. Nice restaurant with good choices of food for every taste. Easy access to highway but far from the noise. Beautiful view. Free parking on site.

The pool was not open due to Covid. I feel that there were not enough facilities to warrant calling this hotel a "resort."
The room was very comfortable and sparkling clean. The washroom was lovely and stocked with excellent products. The front desk service was great! We had to stay in one night, as it was raining, so we tried the restaurant in the hotel and the food was of excellent quality!

I asked for a nice view when i reserved my room, but ended up first floor with a view of the parking lot.
Nice hotel to stay. Close to central activities. Bed is comfy.

I felt the staff in the dining faculties to be less then friendly. Not sure because we where English or they are that way always. Very curt and not overly attentive especially at the breakfast ( which was included in our room ).
The hotel was very comfortable. We booked King room with fireplace it was very large, the bathroom was gigantic. When checking in the front desk person was very friendly and even gave us warm cookies to enjoy. I would stay again especially if I was to be golfing, our room looked right over the putting green.

Our room was non smoking but had this lingering smell of cigarettes. The thermal pool did not seem clean when compared to other hotels I have recently stayed at and colour of water was not like what we saw on the pictures.
The staff were super friendly and the design in the room was very modern.

Filthy hot tub, dangerous for being inside. Room wasn't ready, had to wait 2 hours till 6 PM for check in.

The suite was marvelous - lots of room, elegantly decorated. The two TVs came in handy. The bed was most comfortable. Access to the pool was easy. Several places for dinner closeby or at the hotel.
