The staff, especially in the water park, were very kind and fun.

The queen bed mattress wasn't that good, everything else was fine.

The suite was very spacious, the staff as they used to be always friendly and willing to help, the Waterpark the best thing ever.

My hair dryer was not working and kids were getting cold and late for story time . It’s better if room is inspected before guest arrives .

To start the rooms are great size but didn’t like that the sink was in main room instead of in bathroom. Made it hard to brush teeth and blow dry hair when rest of room is sleeping. Couldn’t get blow dryer to work either. I realize it’s a kids resort but the rooms could be a little more sound proof. Kids running up and down hallway late at night and could hear the family in the next room to us. Pool area was great except the change rooms are really really cold. The family change room should be larger or have another built. It was always super full. I know everything is on line now a days but a good old fashion map would be great. Had to do a lot of walking to find kids club room and locate the restaurants. Don’t get me wrong, we did enjoy our visit and will be back for a longer stay next time.

Liked location of room. The pool area was great. Liked story time for the kids. The food was decent and lots of choices. A little pricy but knew that going in.

The noise after 10. If you have an infant or a toddler, be prepared that you will have a hard time to put them to sleep. Just be prepared. As all the noise from the hallway comes straight to your room. I wish they had «watchers», (like the one they have by the pool), to remind excited kids to hush hush after 10

I love everything about Great Wolf 🐺 lodge. It's a very family oriented environment, the kids love the water park, the arcade etc. It was my second time going this year 2023. And I have share my experience with other friends and family to take a trip there. I will definitely be going back. It's my get away fun place to go. Thank you great wolf lodge see you next time.

Room was a great size for a family of four, with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was good with a great selection of options. Great pool and waterpark on site. Great location for exploring the surrounding Niagara area.

No kettle in the room but there was a microwave. Tea , coffee & paper cups were not replenished during our 2 night stay.

Great water park! Lots to do for different ages. Loads of kids activities going on.

I didn't like that the meals were so expensive.. and that we did not get notified about the deal for food till the next day.. iam a low carb eater and would have been nice to have the option at breaky

Was not allowed to bring a WATER sippy cup for my 2 year old boy at the buffet. They brought a small water cup with a paper straw, and my 2 year old kept chewing on it - because he doesn't know better. They rather have small toddlers choke, than allow to bring in a stainless steel sippy cup for drinking. Could not explain the reasoning behind it when we asked, other than for allergy reasons and it's policy (IT'S WATER IN A SIPPY CUP)!! Hardly any internet in our room, or on the lower level where the pools are. No calls or texts are going through in many parts of the resort. Would be nice to give people an option to pay for food and services by cash, instead of a card.

Many things to so for the kids, clean, fairly organized with different events always happening.

The showers 🚿 need attention it's really annoying to keep pressing for the water to work. The shower curtain it keep open and is not secure 😒.

Please make planet positive changes. Although it is clear that some steps have been taken like the big bottles of amenities and some different bins, it will be great to see more compost bins and no single use items in the dining areas.

Absolutely awesome experience! Will definitely recommend! MagiQuest, the water park and all the added extra touches for kids (like story time and marshmallow roasting) were fantastic.
