We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americawalls are very thin so you can hear neighbors talking/showering. 20 min walk to king george station. heat was turned up way too much and we weren't sure where to change it.

PakistanThe morning duty staff was well conversant with tourist attractions and public transportation system, whereas afternoon and night staff wasnt, But they were nice. It would be great if they provide tea and coffee facilities in room as nearest coffee shop is about 300 meters away and you dont want to walk straight out of bed.

United States of AmericaCould have more ventilation in bedrooms. Main area had a window AC unit but it's not big enough to reach all bedrooms and felt bit suffocated. If you open windows in the room than there is traffic noise from the road. Also windows don't have solid blinds (just sheer blinds) so no way to completely block outside light.
Property is fairly new and clean. Kitchen had everything. Good location right on King George blvd.

Location was good The only thing that we were not happy about was when we entered the suite the room was very hot and the air-conditioner would only blow cool air for 5 mins and then blow hot air only.
