Shower system is steady to the wall, not portable hose, not practical at all to shower a kid, not strong water. Aircondition air flow is loud and strong and can't be low. One lady to clean and take care off the breakfast area is not enough, but she working unstoppable Deposit policy wasn't showing in booking, that's surprised me

Clean, iron and ironing board, receptionist Priya is very nice and helpful, good breakfast, bus station on the other side of the road, small market and Tim Hortons is just beside it, and hot water in the shower. Sofa bed, bed and bedding all was so good comfy and clean

My husband and I went here for the night after our wedding. Unfortunately there were no more available rooms to be upgraded to but the hotel clerk offered us free snacks to bring up to our room!! Very much appreciated. The beds were insanely comfy. The buffet breakfast was delicious and such vast options. I’ve been to many 4+ 5 star hotels and this might be the best one I’ve been for the price paid !! Definitely will be returning.

Very kind, friendly, and helpful staff all around. Greeted with smiles and check in was easy and painless. The entire property was immaculate. From the rooms to the parking lot it has a beautiful, comforting, modern look and feel. Convenience store within sight and close by was also a bonus. Fantastic location!

It would be nice if there were plugs on both sides of the bed. And warmer blankets for the person sleeping on the sofa bed would be appreciated as well.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was more spacious than most hotels I have stayed in. The room was very clean, and it was also very quiet. We will stay here again when visiting Brampton.

First impression is crucial in a business, I was disappointed that I had to wait a while before checking in because no one was at the reception, and when someone eventually came, there was no apology infact her response was not impressive. Maybe it is one of the bad days, I guess. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

The disability room size is one of a kind. The space is impressive. Also, the environment is clean, and there was access to a microwave, which I find interesting. Breakfast was ok too, with the option for takeaway coffee and tea

This was an absolutely amazing hotel. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. From checking in, to the wonderful breakfast and not just toast and muffins, a full hot breakfast buffet, to the staff who were so friendly with top knotch customer service, and welcoming us upon checking in and telling us if there was anything we needed to ask. When checking out, the front desk clerk made checking out so easy and asked us if we enjoyed our stay, and if we had any complaints. No complaints at all. Clean , comfortable and modern rooms. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. Our one night stay was great. Very easy to access, located near many stores and coffee shops, yet out of the way if you are looking for a quiet place to go to. Free parking, room sizes are great. I could go on and on, but trust me it is well worth the money. See for yourself :-) . If we ever go back to Brampton, we will definitely stay here again. If all the other hyatt hotels are as wonderful as this, I will be renting rooms from them too :-)
