Heat was awful this trip

The staff are great. The breakfast is really good. I have stayed here many times but this time was different. My room only had a little space heater and did not do the job with the temp dropping to -17 at night. Other than that the room was very clean. It is a budget motel with great staff

Electronic device in room was faulty (one end of heater was hanging off) with exposed wiring.

Bathroom shower didn’t work.

Maggie and Rafeal were very accommodating. Maggie supplied us with extra items to help with our mobility issues. The room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly which was important to us. Good place to stay and very reasonable rates. I will stay here again when I come back to Dawson Creek.

There was damage to the bottom of the bathroom door on both front and back,and to the bathroom wall closest to the door at the bottom. There was also a Crack in the wall inside the bathroom above the door. The wall that the bathroom mirror was hung on hand dirt marks on it,and was not clean. The tiolet would keep running if the handle was not pushed up. The bathroom door was swollen causing it not to properly close tightly.

The room was spacious, TV was also a good size, loved that there was an apartment size fridge with freezer instead of a tiny portable fridge like most hotels have. We had free breakfast at the restaurant attached to the office. The staff were extremely friendly at the restaurant, and the food was delicious.

Not their fault but one can hear traffic and I felt too close to the street.

Friendly staff, complimentary cookies and water. Staff carried suitcases to room. Attached restaurant. Clean room, comfortable beds, spacious. Breakfast voucher.

The parking lot was a bit challenging for me because I was pulling a trailer and the road construction added to the difficulty. This was not the fault of the facility or staff just something to consider it your pulling a trailer.

The restaurant that is in the same building was very good and the staff was very nice.

the only down side was the bridge construction happening close by. nothing to do with the hotel.

Breakfast made to order is amazing, and the hotel is in a very central location making access normally fantastic.

Although we had a room in the back and couldn’t here the traffic of the highway, it was a little bit loud because the air con of other rooms are also a little bit old and very loud which you can hear all night

Directly located to the food store, restaurants and gas stations - staff was very friendly and helpful - facilities are a little bit old but it was very clean and for the price absolutly ok - good breakfast in the hotel restaurant is included

That I was charged an additional $22.60 on top of what booking.com quoted me for a “Corona Virus” taxation. Not only that but felt uncomfortable after being told that they normally don’t rent rooms to locals.
