The place is being renovated. Little work is required. But for that price it was ok.

Location was great. Right off the highway, easy in and out. Beautiful lake views from the terrace at the back. New owners are working hard to make improvements to this property.

Without GPS you could miss the turn off really easy. Better signage and lighting would help.

Location was great for what we needed. Slowly undergoing renovations so the room was a nice surprise. Around back and quiet. John, the caretaker, has been working slowly to bring things back up to snuff and doing an OK job of it. New Ac, fridge in room along with microwave and coffee. Large bathroom. Overall very fair value for price.

Wasn't able to access the tv. Owner had no idea how to use the remotes to get the tv on. Would probably be a good idea to put instructions down so its easier to use.

Beautiful view from our room. Loved the cabin look. Beds were comfortable.

Very nice place to stay for a night. Unfortunate it is right on the Trans Canada Highway so yes it can be quite noisy. If you are in the room with the T.V. on you can not hear the traffic. Easy to get on the highway from here.

Room was nice. Bed and pillows are comfy. Has a really nice view over looking the lake. Has chairs for outside, picnic table. Very short drive into Chase. Coffee in the room.

Quite a bit of traffic noise, poorly maintained. (Tons of tall scraggly weeds around the paths and parking lot, water damaged ceiling tiles)

From the outside the Motel looks old and unkept. Needs some refreshing and a good yard clean up.

Just a quick stay over on route to Vancouver. Staff was pleasant but didn’t chat much or give any information or instruction. Bed was good and clean. Could not get tv to work, satellite would not connect. Place needs a facelift and grounds were very unkept. Was a hot day, but the air conditioner worked great and we had a good sleep.

Bits of building trash around the building and screws and nails in the pathway. That's all really.

Great place and my room had superb views down to the water. Useful store close at the gas station.

it was dirty - staff was very poor at speaking English - area around the hotel was dirty and garbage was laying around - no cushions in chairs overlooking the lake and some were broken - bathroom was extremely dirty -

The place was dirty. Floors not cleaned, 1/2 inch of dust under the bed and one corner of the bed was held up by a large rock. Bathroom sink looked like it was ready to fall off the wall. Old coffee in coffee maker and the cups were dirty. I only slept there as I was visiting with friends. They are renovating so hope its better next year.

It was close to where friends were. Bed was comfortable.

I was running late and was going to arrive well after the time I had expected. I called the manager John, and he could not have been more accommodating. When I arrived, my room was ready for me, with the lights on and the baseball on the television. The motel is in a great location, looking over Little Shuswap Lake, and it's far enough away from the highway that you cannot hear any traffic.

They charged me twice for my stay, and after talking to them they still haven’t given me the refund after confirming that they double charged me.

While the guy overseeing the property was nice it wasn't at all set up to have guests. They are doing work on the location and it should be shut down while they are doing it.
