Our queen bed sat a little off its frame, so when you sat down on the one side, the whole mattress tilted up a bit - a strange feeling.

No breakfast was included, but we had a full kitchen and used that for dinner and breakfast. The washroom had no sink, so we had to use the kitchen sink. But washroom and kitchen were new and very clean, and there was a shower and bathtub..

The air conditioning in our room was not working, they did try multiple times to fix it with no luck, however they did move us to a room with working air conditioning. My only complaint is the air conditioner is in the bedroom, so you do have to leave the door open so the whole place is cool. It is also very loud in the room we were in.

Staff was very helpful trying to address our air conditioner not working. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. They have pet friendly rooms and welcomed our 4 legged family members. The rooms were updated and very clean.

Okay, it wasn’t fancy. Very basic. But for a good, clean place to stay on a limited budget, it fit the bill.

The room we had was clean and everything we needed for our stay. The sounds between rooms was noticeable which wasn’t optimal and there was some upgrades that could have been done but those were mostly aesthetic.

It seems extremely expensive for what it was (we had a 2-bedroom suite, but the rooms were small, and there was nowhere to hang clothes or to put things in the bedrooms). In addition to being expensive, there were extra charges for washing dishes, and the cost of using the laundry facilities was high. The rooms were surface clean, but dirt around the baseboards.

Knight's Inn was close enough to the centre town that we could walk to shops. Although on a highway, it was quiet enough. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were well furnished, the coffee maker worked well. The wifi was good, and reception was efficient.

On our first stay, we had a spacious, renovated suite. I would ask for it next time (though likely at a higher cost) rather than a small and more dated room. The bed was comfortable though and everything was spotless.

This was our second stay at Knights Inn and it is a perfectly good alternative to the expensive newer hotels in Merritt. Also, there is a new breakfast diner across the street - great spot!

Musty smell which improved when a/c and ceiling fans were on. Bathroom musty smell was quite unpleasant.

Easy to find. Parking right outside the suite. Quiet. Diner serving breakfast, lunch and dinner located just across the road. Owner was so friendly and accommodating. Grassy area outside suite with BBQ and large enough for walking dogs. Wifi worked well. Ceiling fans in each room and a/c in bedrooms.

There wasn't any coffee in the room and no one answered the phone when we called. In fairness, it was 6 am. I'm one of those people who gets cranky without my morning coffee 😁.

The TV box was malfunctioning and randomly restarting. Not their fault. She said she'd call and get it fixed.

Decent price and a decent place. Very friendly staff and I got a free room upgrade for some reason. I didn't need the extra space but it was still nice. And just so happens the room number I got upgraded to was very significant to me. No such thing as coincidence.
