Shower was hard to get on. Had to really pull on it to get to work. Wife couldn't get it to open.

Room was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep.

The location was perfect! Near downtown. A short car distance to grocery, big box stores and restaurants. A walking trail was also nearby.

There is no way it was worth $169 a night even if it is a summer weekend in a tourist town

Shower didn't have a temperature regulated valve and was subject to water temperature changes. Also, a couple of times we had noise coming from the toilet.

A good, quiet location away from the centre of town, yet still within walking distance to the town and beach. A bonus having a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in the room. Nice to have access to a pool, BBQ and picnic area.

The decor is very dated, but I expected that so not an issue. But I did find it was not the cleanest. The kitchen cupboards were pretty dirty and some of the furniture was broken and just glued together.

The cottage was spacious and well equipped. I loved that we had our own patio area. Check in and check out was easy.

Wifi was spotty later at night kept turning off so that was frustrating but I survived A few more hooks on the wall in washroom would be nice, wasn't anywhere to hang towels or wet swimsuit etc

Great location close to a small more private beach ( we were the only ones there!) Friendly staff, good size washroom and loved the large shower! Nice covered sitting area away from the motel by the pool. Had bbqs available even though we didn't use them but was nice they were available

The water was very slow to drain in toilet and shower. Not sure why and didn't bother asking.

Very clean and room was in good condition. Quick and easy in and out of room as could park just in front of my room which is a definite bonus.

The pool was not too warm considering it's heated. Thing is it's only solar heating by piping the water into a roof through pipes so sort of misleading a bit. It is expensive for a basic small room. Should be about $100 a night in the summer.

Small appliances in the kitchen looked old, not sure how clean, full size fridge, also old. Room had some cobwebs in lower corners, could have been cleaner.

Clean updated bathroom, plenty of towels, comfortable bed. Coffee maker, full size fridge, little toaster oven. Small pool and bbq area on the grounds. View of the lake across another property. Very helpful staff.

This room and the whole motel needs paint and upgrade as I asked to see other rooms to compare with mine. Not sure they changed the sheets and smelled.as carpets were probably not cleaned this century. The bathroom was in really rough shape and there was a bag of potatoes under the sink and things in the closet like someone lived there. Don't waste your money.

Location and size were the only things good about this 3 bedroom suite.

blinds on entrance door don't exactly prevent light from entering a room, and I personally like 100% dark room when I sleep. The mattress probably needs replacement, but it wasn't a great deterrent for me :)

cute motel in a great close- to- beach location..could've been a bit more thorougly cleaned ( behind the ottomans :)) otherwise, nice that we had a kitchenette with dishes and cutlery and small appliances + fridge perfect for our toasted waffles+++ breakfast

The room is old and a little tight for space but there was a table with 2 chairs plus 2 patio chairs outside the door. A/C, fridge, microwave and tv were all in good working order. Pool water was in good condition. Generally speaking, good value for a motel. Manager was very accommodating and pleasant.
