The facility smells like smoke in general and not that clean. The pricing is very high compared to the experience.

The carpet was absolutely disgusting, so brown and covered in stains. Also found a long black hair in my pillowcase. There was no elevator (we were staying in the hotel just to catch a 6 am flight), this made it difficult getting to our with all our luggage.

I think you can do better in cleaning and supplies. Some towels were losing the treads and fraying. Blanket thin and warn. Sheets stained. Cleaning not getting everything large cracker by the bed frame.

The place was a lot older & smaller than it looked in pictures online. No elevator in the building, carpeting needs to be thoroughly shampooed or replaced, & bathrooms need thorough scrubbing with bleach and an actual scrub brush. It’s clear that they’ve only been wiping it down with cloths for a long time. Which is fine for a daily basis but the dirt build up in corners is not pretty.

Price was very reasonable, no breakfast was available at the hotel but there was a nice breakfast place across the street.

Slept well the first night, but on night two there was more humming of some sort of electrical/mechanical "thing" going on. Could not locate where. Could improve a bit in overall cleanliness.

Picked this hotel to have a bed near to where I needed to be (which was obviously not in the centre of town). Did the job. Expected a lesser room, but it was nice and spacious, with a good bed, desk, and couch.

The rate was high for the area and the hotel. It was pretty dated . Carpet in our room was dingy. They originally overcharges us, luckily the woman who checked us out, caught the error and made the correction. We also thought we’d be closer to the airport. It was a sketchy area!

The bathroom was very nice. The fireplace in our room was a nice touch.

Constant issues with the door keys. Why they can’t have a normal key rather than key fobs. Fob constantly stopped working. Thought was isolated case but young lady behind on reception stated been going on for months

The TV was small, the coffee maker in their "breakfast room" was broken, the bathroom sink didn't drain, and the very soft mattress gave me back issues each morning. In addition, the $200 CAD mandatory deposit was a pain the butt to get returned (most cards will flag the return as fraudulent). Also the Wi-Fi was slow/down at times.

The hot tub worked as advertised and the shower was huge. The room was spacious enough and quiet. Parking is ample and complimentary. There are bus stops (east and west on route 90) within a hundred meters from the hotel. Bus route 90 leads right to the Vendome metro station. Old Montreal and Mile End are easily accessible from the same metro line (no train hopping).
