Absolutely fantastic location, steps from all of the major sites and beautiful cafes and restaurants. Our family had a great time exploring the old city and this place was very conveniently located to help with that. The rooms were comfortable, plenty of basic tools in the kitchen but no spices or oils so bring everything yourself, and strong WiFi. There are little grocery stores within walking distance and can get pretty bare in the afternoons. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Soap and shampoo we're provided. Would definitely come back!

The kitchen was a little lacking in supplies (only one pot, no coffee filters) and there was limited storage for clothing (no dressers or shelves).

The location was great! We could walk to shops, restaurants, and tours. The building was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The loft was roomy!

Loved this spot so much! The location was fantastic and we had a gorgeous view of the Chateau Frontenac out our window. Comfortable beds. Super clean place. I cannot wait to go back!!

The only thing it lacked was an informational package on how to operate the ventilation system... where to empty your garbage, light bulb blown out, door off the track, and the toilet handle was broken. All small things that would not affect your staff. More need to know items for the owners.

I think a few details are missing from the apartment, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels and coffee. Slightly more detail in deep cleaning would be appreciated, but even with that said I would stay here again in heartbeat! Thank you, and look forward to staying again!

The property was in a great location, and the actual apartment was set up nicely. Loved the boot-room and laundry room. The beds were comfortable and the apartment relatively well appointed. Communication was very good, and even helped up with early checkin having 3 babies!

Needs dressers in bedroom and chair. More hangers. Grab bar to get into shower. Careful. Slippery!! More pots and pans and nicer plates. We don’t like to go out and eat every night and the dishes could have been nicer. They were old and cracked. Great location!!!

Check-in was very smooth as I was simply provided the code by email. I didn't have any human interaction other than when I called for a brief mishap with the toilet. I let them know the handle was loose. Overall, I was pleased with this stay!

The wifi was a little slow especially when multiple people are connected

Communication with this property was easy before our stay and they were able to offer a place for us to leave our luggage before check-in time. AMAZING location in the middle of the old city and walkable to everywhere. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight and gives you a great view over all of Quebec and the river. The apartment itself was super cute, spacious, modern and cozy.

It was a little hard to find at first and the parking was remote, but not too far.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It’s in a great location in the heart of Quebec City. I’d highly recommend it!
