Mattress!!! Not the most comfortable

Location is ok, room has been updated somewhat. Not a bad place to stay for a night.

The room capacity is 4 people; however, only one set of towels was provided. Although there was cutlery and dishware provided, there were only 2 forks, 2 drinking glasses and 1 coffee mug. I would have appreciated a full set for 4 people. The taps in the shower did not work very well. It was difficult to figure out which was hot and cold and which way to turn them off and on. There was dust on top of the fridge. I would have appreciated a hair dryer.

I loved the full kitchen, spaciousness of the unit and the clean shower curtain. Thank you for the pots and pans in the kitchen.

Tv did not work. Fridge not working. Musky smell on entering room. Toilet seat not fastened securely to toilet. Kept sliding sideways.

The fridge was not really clean. The dirt behind the bedside table was disgusting. The bed was not that comfortable.

The location was great, price reflects the accommodation, not the best but sufficient for our needs.

Not clean dirty dusty rooms , noisy traffic highway a few meters away , needs renovation badly...too many to mention... Old stained furniture , smelly rooms...

Owners were nice...bed comfy , strong shower...bbcue...

Rooms very outdated. No breakfast, Two restaurants close by but neither were open. The only store open was a pharmacy plus. No shopping or site seeing nearby. The walls are paper thin.

Shabby, poorly maintained. Towel rail, toilet roll holder both broken, hole in wall where towel rail was broken. Furniture was very old and of poor quality. Most concerning was the lack of electrical outlets. One did not have a cover and the lamp plugged into it would flicker if the cord was barely touched. The other outlet had an extension cord in it which had an adapter for another three plugs (the adaptor had a grounded plug but the extension cord was only two-pronged, meaning the ground was not actually plugged in. Two spots on the adaptor were taken with the TV and the cable box, meaning there was only one spot to plug anything else in if you wanted the TV on. There was also no lock on the inside of the door (dead bolt, chain, etc. for security.

Bed was comfortable.

The bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen was a disaster. The stove did not work, the coffee maker did not work, there wasn't a dish cloth. There were no plates, bowls or glasses. The air conditioner was so loud we could not use it. One staff member got some plates etc for us. Another staff member gave us a key to another room so we could cook. The next morning I went back there to get the coffee maker when I discovered ours was not working. Why a motel owner would give us this room with all its inadequacies is beyond my understanding. We paid for a kitchen, which we needed, and all we got was an extra room with a refrigerator.

It was a convenient location for our travels. There was a tv that had a variety of channels and was easy to operate. We dealt with two staff members, Both were friendly and helpful. These staff members did what they could to help us with problems we hAD.

Dirty fan, hot water is extremely hot and might be a safety issue, dirty ceiling in bathroom, towels were stained, toilet feels like it’s going through the floor. tilted over and the floor feels spongy. very outdated.

There was supposed to be a couch in the room, and there was not. The general repair of the room was not great. It was an ok spot to stay with the dogs, but given the state of the place, charging a pet fee isn't really appropriate. The oven took over an hour to cook 1 frozen pizza.

The location was convenient for the dog show. There was a nice treed trail across the road. The check in staff was very friendly. The room was pretty spacious.

The guy at reception was very rude. Ac was making too much noise. Chair was not in good condition to sit comfortably. Mattress was too soft.

The room was very weird. The beds were two different mattresses, one was super firm and one was like sleeping on straight springs. The room was dirty right when I entered which i wasn’t really happy about. It was nice that there was some dishes already in the cupboard although I’m not sure how clean they were…

We found hair on bathroom floor. We could not control the temperature of the room, and it was too hot to sleep properly. The office was closed in the morning, so if you needed something (like another towel), it was not available

Location was picturesque and very quiet. Room was well furnished and user friendly. The staff were friendly and obliging.
