We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room was quite beautiful but I was quite annoyed at the additional 70+ dollars for gratuities and extra charges and fees driving the costs up. Antiquated phone systems stopped working so I had to go to the front desk in person to get a wake up call. When I tried calling from my room and finally using my cell phone the system said all agents were busy for over 1/2 hour so I went to the desk where they indicated the system needed to be rebooted. Time for a new phone system???

The location is unbeatable IF you have a cancelled connected flight, etc. Walk to your gate in 10 mins or less. Staff very friendly. Room very comfortable.

CanadaI thought the room was nice. I certainly could see some dust. There was a little bit of almost like a dark mould in the shower and you know I know that you use really great cleaning supplies. Are you supposed to buy something as simple as using a product, like a Tilex for mold, would make sure that that would never Set in.
The biggest thing for me was the location. The worst thing was the outrageous price you’re charging a senior honest to God I couldn’t believe it but I didn’t have a choice because I had to be there so early in the morning but the next time I would not stay there. It’s just ridiculous it was, a 25% the cost of my whole trip which I spend a week in Mexico my god there’s something wrong with that

The location cannot be beat!!! Having a one night stopover in Montreal between flights, as well as an early flight the following morning, I did not want to spend time or money on taxis or shuttles, but to mention dragging my luggage from place to place. Walking directly into the Marriott Hotel without leaving the airport is perfect!!! The desk staff and valets were incredibly professional, welcoming, accommodating and friendly!! The staff at the bar and restaurant were the same! My room was perfectly clean and comfortable! I just wish I could have stayed longer!!!
