Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Was pretty decent overall
Bench seating by the window, so if you had people over to socialize I was easy Loved that they had outdoor patio area with a BBQ!

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like.
Wow , where to start. This hotel excels in so many areas. They have nailed down the true essence of hospitality. Starters - knowing it was a dance weekend they had laid out beverages and snacks for the dancers staying at the property. Front desk - top notch !! So friendly and quick with the check in. Breakfast was what you would normally find at other hotels. Cleanliness - Top marks. The hotel was quite busy and usually by the end of the day the floors and elevator rightfully show that kind of traffic . This was not the case at this hotel. We spent 2 days and the elevator, hallways and lobby continued to look like they were just cleaned. The pool: was a nice area - clean and well laid out. Oo the also had a great sauna room. Exercise room: looked standard and nice ( I didn’t use it) Also - for anyone traveling with little children - they have a playground !!!!! But what wowed me the most. NO INCIDENTAL !!! Omg 10 stars to them for getting rid of that outdated practice.

The room did not have a fridge or microwave oven. Could have been a little improvement.
The included breakfast was a good idea. but hotel management can think about adding some more items on the menu.

I felt for $200.00 night there could have been bottled water in rooms like every other hotel we have stayed at And when we went to buy water was 2.50 a bottle we asked for 5 and staff were hesitant as stated the manager only likes when we sell 4 at a time What's the difference how many we buy were paying g for it

Rooms were basic. Expecting much more from the lobby and pool area. Our room didnt even have a place to sit. Very small. Sauna wasnt working and the hot tub jets werent working but the pool area and gym were very clean.
The decor, the vibe, the amenities. Public area cleanliness. Breakfast was awesome.

It would be nice to see more dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options for those with food allergies. I could eat everything, but if I came with friends, I know they wouldn’t be able to eat everything.
Staff were extremely friendly and upgraded my room. There were many options to eat for breakfast. The water slide and hot tub were lots of fun!

My room did NOT include a fridge -- I asked for a different room with a fridge - this was accomplished - but the staff said i had requested a room without a fridge - maybe it was my error - but I have never experienced rooms without fridges in my extensive travels

We were placed in accessible room and told that this was assigned during online booking... As a result we had a weird-looking toilet sit and a wheelchair accessible shower.
Very nice common areas. Swimming pool with a water slide - so much fun for kids! Great breakfast.

I did not like getting a notification at 5AM asking how my stay was and to give a review. I was very hungover and grumpy.

There appeared to be a mixup with our booking and we were put into a wheelchair room. I had booked a room with two Queen beds. Next time I will phone directly to the motel and do my booking.
