We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe thought there were free parking up to 1 week and free shuttle to the airport. Turns out we had to pay 100$ for the week to keep our car there. Hotel reimbursed our taxi to and from the airport which was around 60-70$ so overall we were ok with it.
Staff was really nice especially the guy at front desk when we got back on June 11!

United States of AmericaThe lobby and hallways were dark. The place could stand for some additional lighting. The carpeting in the hallway could use some updating. In some areas there were stains and spots that were very visible. Maybe the carpeting could be replaced.
The bed was amazing! Extremely comfortable and cozy. My wife and I went to sleep and did not want to get up. The best sleep we had in a while! The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to the airport and the staff was very accommodating.

United States of AmericaThe smell in room 502 was horrendous. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bench in the shower was hanging off the wall. Did I mention that there was a horrible smell in the room. It was not close to the airport. Prior to booking they told me they had a shuttle, when it was time to go from airport to hotel, surprise, we don’t have a shuttle.

Canadathere were alot of park and fly vehicles right in the front. I think that should be at the back of property not the current hotel clients. Also snow/ice removal or remediation ie sault/sand was minimal. Some pretty dangerous ice at the back of the facility

Had no expectation booking with this hotel, although the room was comfy and everything was conveniently available, the bed was super comfy(I should get the same for my home because it's better than mine)is how comfy the bed was. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot say anything about the food except the coffee I had hit the spot. The best thing about this place was the people that work there!!!!! I cannot begin to express how hospitable and professional the staff were. Cynthia and Mohammed in particular who I know by name. Thank you for making this wayfarer feel as though he never left home, your kindness has made me write a heartfelt review, which I never do. I'm forever greatfull and will always be a returning customer as long as I am In Dorval. Merci beaucoup!!! Even this review is the bare minimum of good that I can say.
