Bed was too hard and resulted in sore back throughout the day. Breakfast was pretty general. No juice to choose from and minimal options for anything else offered

Staff were amazing to deal with. We booked honeymoon suite with hot tub and it was excellent to be able to relax after long day travelling.

Not accustom to sleeping in a double bed with my husband.

We booked queen beds, I reported they were double. front staff said they only have queens. I am 5 '1" and when I laid sideways my ankles and feet hung over a queen bed?

I loved the place. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the room was heated with a very noisy fan. Although I managed to sleep okay eventually, my wife didn't sleep. So if feeling like you're sleeping on a motorcycle is okay, then you'll be fine. ,

The bathroom floor needs to be repaired because it felt like I could go through the floor, but overall it was a nice quick stop. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean, and had a good night rest. It was nice that the hotel was right by the highway, easy to get back on.

Being woken up by banging on the door asking if we were going to the continental breakfast. Only 1 coffee mug and the makings for 1 coffee even though we booked for 2 adults

The room had an unclean oder. Bedspread had noticeable holes in it. Pillows were flat and well worn out. Curtains did not close right. Had to move sofa to hold the curtain shut.

It is an older facility. Perhaps some modernization would be good but i recognize this would increase prices.

Staff was very polite and helpful Breakfast was good I stayed 2 years ago. There is a vast improvement in the facility in terms of cleanliness aand order.

The facilities were badly out of date, the furniture was falling apart, the bathroom drains didn't work...drained very slowly and the cost was excessive. Given the conditions, it should not have cost more than $100.00 We have stayed here many times before Covid because of the location near the highway, but this was our very last time.

The motel was right next to the highway exit. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. I like that the room also had a sofa. Because most motel beds hurt my back, I prefer rooms that have either a soft chair or sofa.

Lighting was bad. Found dead bugs in my bed. Not sure if the room was cleaned as the tip from previous patron was still on the table. Floor was sticky. No toilet paper in the breakfast room bathroom. No de-cafe coffee.

No elevator. Dated. Bathroom smelled like urine. ( I think because the toilet was so close to the shower curtain. The hotel needs to wash the shower curtains when cleaning the room.)  Not the hotels fault but some of the clientele that stayed there made us a little nervous.

Heavy scent in room.

Wifi did not work. Room was adequate. Room was sprayed before we entered with a strong scent. Had toair out before I could stay in the room. I question why such a heavy spray. Other wise everything was OK. We missed breakfast because we forgot about the change in time fron another province, so we were up early and got on the road early. Location was great.
