When we arrived, there was no bedding provided and just some leftover of the detergent. The fans in bathroom and kitchen didn't work, and the screen door were broken, so we couldn't lock it.

Location is really nice, quiet and beautiful. Close to enchant forest and has treehouse for kids.

No keys for 2bedroom cabin, sliding door does not secure when leaving belongings for the day. Take your valuables with you.Toilet needs to be replaced in 2bed cabin. Lid is severely cracked/ taped/ damaged, toilet is not secure to floor, lid smashes down/does not stay up and flush handle is broken. Toilet also uses a massive amount of water every flush. Kitchen amenities need: an oven mitt, cutting board and salt and pepper. Very loud traffic sound when on the tiny wooden patio, bring small music speaker to cut it out a bit. Trans Canada Highway is about 300 yards from the site. Sound does not seem to permeate into the bedroom, quiet rest was very nice. Mattress is the bomb, though we didn't use the bunks. Full size fridge. Make ice in water bottles for road trip coolers. No A/C available but tiny fans in both bedrooms, ceiling fan in main cabin area. Smoke from forest fires not too noticeable. Hope they put in a propane powered fire pit/table for that authentic camping experience. So much development, can't wait to see what's next.

Value was great for long weekend prices. New cabins were very modern, but needing a couple things. Super friendly cleaning lady, and frozen yogurt shop open until 8pm on the Arc. Full bath tub beats using the communal showers for the campground. Free books in the store, and great items if you forget your marshmallows or sticks 😉

Lack of kitchen supplies. Was told the RV was fully stocked and it was not l. No pots, can opener, kettle not enough mugs or glasses for 4 people.

The yogurt shop was a unusual added bonus very tasty. Clean modern shower house.

A lot of people for only three bathrooms. I wasn’t refunded for a night even though an out of control fire was within 15kms.

No fault of the facility, they can’t control the weather, but an overnight rainstorm turned the site to mud.

The only drawback was the office hours saying “open 9am-8:30pm” but no one there till 10 am.

The alternative bedroom was not made up. The matress was just thrown on the platform, and bedding was kept in a bag on top. None looked clean, so we used our own bedding we were carrying. The couch was broken, and only one person could sit on it.

The main bedroom was very nice. Matters & bedsheets looked clean and new. The location is good, and the staff was super nice and friendly.

There were not enough washrooms and shower places to use. They don’t separate men’s and women’s. There are only one stall of washroom and one stall for shower, and two stalls with a toilet and a shower in the whole camp site.

The staff smiled all the time.

Needs a bigger playground and maybe somewhere the kids can cool off. Maybe a separate campground from the people that bought plots as they weren't the kindest people when we wanted to check out the campground. Wasn't quite sure why people would buy a campsite in a public campground if they want to be secluded away. My kids just wanted to see the campground and we were met with hostility.

The camp sites are gorgeous and it's a nice halfway point if going to the mainland from Southern Alberta. Kid friendly activities all around, the staff are amazing. The facilities and communal areas are great. The trailer we rented was clean and comfortable.

The mattress in the other room was too big so it was curving in the middle. I opted to just sleep on the sofa instead of the bed. There were no kitchen utensils for cooking I.e. spatula. There were some burnt light bulbs.

The site is still under some construction. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm glad they're doing well and see the need to expand. Look forward to seeing how it develops.

On Booking.com it said I could have a late arrival. This did not reflect reality. They were closed for check in. Thankfully there was a phone number I could call. There needs to be a better way to reflect what the situation is. Something needed to be updated.

I did appreciate that the cabin door was unlocked and we could just go there. An orientation of where the washrooms were would have been nice, as it was dark when we arrived. Otherwise the cabin was clean, and everything was as described.
