Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom doors where terrible and the included breakfast was good but not enough options, if I was to stay again I would not bother adding the breakfast and save my extra cash to dine out instead

Even though I made a reservation almost a month ago, I still got a room with a bathroom with accommodation for disability. I was told there were no more rooms available. The pillows were not very comfy, and the had to ask for soap, shampoo, conditioner refills (we were 2 people, and got only one item of each). Breakfast was good, but I'm more a buffet person, so the a la carte menu was ok. Sayim, the person who served us breakfast on Monday was in a rush, completely out of patience, he seemed to be forced to smile, almost took the menus away from us when we ordered. We just wanted to finish breakfast that day and just go.
The room was very comfortable. Both the room and the place overall were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous and professional. It is not my first time at Novotel, I love the location and the fact that breakfast is included. Joby was our server Saturday and Sunday, and I have one word to describe his service: Outstanding! He was so courteous, attentive, always with a smile, and flexible with our requests. And we were happy to see that there were some renovations going on, meaning that the hotel will probably have a great makeover.

Washroom has no lock on the door. They should have included breakfast for the price I paid. The breakfast price was $30 per adult and $30 per child for 8 yrs old. We decided not to have breakfast, it's too expensive. That's disappointing.

Elevators did not seem up to date with rest of building.
Staff was very informative and accommodating. Facilities were clean. In a very convenient area. Upgraded very much since the last time I was here when it first opened many years ago. Comforting with lots of security around (but possibly due to events that were happening at the hotel during my stay, and busyness did not impede stay. It was still roomy to get around and coordinated.

Only complaint is the lack of privacy of the poorly designed bathroom doors in our room; French doors with no lock and transparent frosted glass. Most travelers value privacy when using bathroom.

Although I enjoy the gym being open 24/7 it could use a facelift.

The room had a door connecting to the room adjacent. I felt like someone could break in at any time and like we had less privacy as a result. Washroom was small and doors didn't shut. Shower was confusing to work.
Restaurant was very nice. Food was delicious.

For the cost of my room the bed was squeaking, the paint was peeling, the door for bathroom was just very hard to close. Alot was happening in the room. The staff was okay but you could sense the annoyance.. and the food was okay..I always came here for the food and I notice the taste always changes!
I enjoy the stay, as always. The location is always great.
