The 1-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The view was really nice. My husband is an early riser so having the bedroom was really nice.

Superb large room with magnificent view over the bay. Hotel facilities were excellent with a heated pool area by the sea. Dining worked well with friendly service. Secure underground car parking with lift access to room.

Next time this would be a 4 night get away You really need to have the time to enjoy ll that they have to offer. we are in Hospitality and I have never seen a staff that is this accommodating from the moment we arrived in Victoria till the moment we left the property and they drove us back to the Ferry in Victoria via the scenic route. Valet, Front Desk, Concierge, Servers, Bartender and Housekeeping, pool side attendants all were 5 Star. You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful staff. We liked the room, which is designed to optimize comfort and convenience. The pools are very nice and service in the Snug Pub was always very good at breakfast. It was great to have Faro alos on site. The pizzas are always delicious and the staff friendly.
