I request and pay for 2 queen beds what I got 2 full size bed. The bathroom was tight the towel dry and shabby. The tv in the room does not work. Even though the breakfast was complimentary it could have tastier with better quality..

The room was clean .the room was on the first floor and the parking space was very convenient. Bed although Smaug was confortable. The hotel was easily reach. The environment vey quiet and calm..

Frozen room when I arrived. As these are off site buildings... it took awhile for the room to warm up and be comfortable. Bathroom was small, but it was only me...so ok!

Nestled in the woods near the river...is this quaint property. Right off the highway...but tranquil surroundings. Staff were wonderful. Welcoming and really seem to enjoy taking care of guests. Especially in the Riverside dining area. The food! I have dinner and breakfast here. Chicken parmesan seems to be a specialty...and was just what I needed. A real Chicken breast. Light sauce. Steamed veg...with still some crisp and crunch left in them. Yum! Breakfast was serviceable with great coffee and lots of protein sources. Thanks!

There were two double beds - one was clean and the other one had someone else's hair on the sheets. The floors could be wiped. The patio door did not lock although they had a lock bar on the side, and the screen door locked.

The view of the river is awesome, and breakfast was free and good. The staff were nice. The room was a good location for me - inside lobby access vs access direct from parking lot. It's a beautiful hotel.

The room was not ready for us at 4 and we had plans that evening so we did not get a room until 11 o'clock that night. We couldn't freshen up before we left. They didn't offer any perk or discount for the inconvenience. There were sport teams there and some of them got loud and drunk. Most were respectful. One family had the players socks and shoes drying in the common hallway, outside of our door. It was disgusting and rude!!! (So smelly...gag) We had a ground floor, which means you come in directly from outside. You get dirt in your room.

The property is situated on a beautiful property. Staff were nice. The rooms were decent, standard. Breakfast was super limited, but fine.

Bathroom was so small, when I sat on the toilet one knee touched the wall and the other knee touched the tub.

During our 13 day stay on THREE separate occasions we arrived back to our room very late only to find the beds NOT MADE AND TOWELS NOT REPLACED. (Considering the fact we were dealing with a flood in our home during the day not a great situation to deal with late at night).

The room itself was more than adequate. The bed was comfortable and nicely air conditioned. The pillows (not good for me) We did partake of breakfast and more than acceptable.
