I did NOT like that there no heater control nor AC control available it would require to contact the lobby personal to measure the temperature. Having that said also they will check up on the room when your checking out before handing off the deposit of $150.

I liked the location of surrounding areas including the food options available along the roads. They do accept debit and credit but NOT CASH

The bed frame is broken. It leans to one side. There was a hole in the sheet. There are cigarette burn marks on the bed cover.

Nobody at the front desk when I got there. Waited for a half hour other customers with me waited longer. No coffee pot in the room. I was told to call the next day for security deposit, when I called I was told I'd have to wait days for it.

The place is run down and could do with a renovation, but then they would want more money.

It is a cheap hotel near downtown. Near transit. For the money this hotel was good as other hotels near down town Toronto are in the 300 plus dollar a night, and this one is only 120. You get what you pay for.

$150 Security Deposit not refunded for no reason (I didn't break any rules. I waited for 2 weeks, and I don't think I'll get the refund ever again). Staff doesn't like to smile to Customers. Spiders can be seen in washroom.

Mold in bathtub, musty smell, got bites last days of stay. Sheets stained( had to buy my own) Only good thing about the room was Wi-Fi and tv. There was a dresser this time but dirty🥺

The room had bugs in the bed and a lady of the night two doors down speaking to me with her bra on. I went to express my displeasure only to be screamed at and with a temper tantrum by the male staff(possible owner). I kept my cool and asked for a refund. They charged me $20.00 and refunded the rest of my funds. The place was disgusting gross and the staff made it worse. It was a busy weekend in Toronto so it was not easy to find another place to stay. The room was dirty and stink. The linen was supposed to be white but was off white

My room the bathroom light didnt turn on. The blow dryer didn't work. The bedding had hairs on it. The plug for bath tub didnt function properly. The outlets are old so my devices kept getting unplugged. They upcharge the cost of rooms on booking site so you dont save. It was 135 a night taxes in to book direct but through booking site I paid with genius lvl 2 10% off 143 a night

Easy to get to by public transit.alot of places for food nearby. Also a shopper drug mart a dollarama. Getting to here was relatively simple on even by Uber or Lyft.
