We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe set up of the tv makes the room next door’s tv above our bed. We could hear faint sounds from it through the night. Nothing that earplugs couldn’t fix!
The property is clean, the staff are wonderfully helpful, and the in hotel guest laundry facility is immaculate! Excellent and generous breakfast included. The location was very central.

CanadaThe airport shuttle doesn't run past 5 pm. When you pre-arrange your check-in time and request the airport shuttle service, speak the truth about it.

CanadaI did not like the way we have been treated in the hotel. I booked the stay for myself, my wife and my 4year old son. I selected the rate which includes breakfast for all of us. When I reached on 27 at 4pm the receptionist was super friendly and explained everything that how I can get my vegetarian breakfast. Next day morning I requested for the tooth paste (that is what you expect to be in the bathroom of RAMADA). The receptionist was really blunt and not friendly. She replied you can come down and take it. I was going for the shower and she asked me to dress-up again and get the paste. For the breakfast, I requested to send the vegetarian food in our room as my son was sleeping. She said no you need to come down. I was really shocked with the tone. If you don’t have staff during Christmas Day that and be polite. We all understand that but being at the position of receptionist and doesn’t know how to speak with the guest was shocking. I went down and she asked me how many packets I need. I said for 3. She gave me looks and said did you register 3 while booking. I said first check before asking as its in your system. Then she checked and went inside (without apologising for her tone and inability) and came with 2 packets of breakfast. I said where is the oatmeal. The receptionist on 27 told me that we will have that as an option of vegetarian meal. She said we dont have milk. I said no problem we have milk you gave me some ready oatmeal so that I can put milk as in the packet I cant see sufficient items to feed my son. She gave me 2 packets of oat meal. I have her the packets back and said that I don’t think that your rooms have kitchen where we can cook it and no utensils too. And also the tact that she gave only 2 packets of breakfast and did not consider my 4 year old for whom I have paid the room and breakfast rest. She stated murmuring to herself and then I went back to my room and order some breakfast from nearby hotel.
