overflowing dumpster and garbage outside makes the place feel sketchy when you arrive. I had second thoughts. but the rooms are clean and well maintained. we needed somewhere to sleep while we were on route and this was an inexpensive option.

The walkway to the room was very narrow and covered with ripped outdoor carpeting, with lots of cigarette butts lying around. The room was okay, but for this price I expect something a lot better, especially on the outside. (Even in Huntsville, even in the summer.) The guest two doors down was playing really loud, bad music with the door to his room open when I arrived, which did not improve my overall impression. It was a bit noisy (from a nearby bar?) later in the evening. Overall, not one of the good ones.

The room was well-equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. It was clean and looked freshly painted. The location is good, easy walk to shopping and centre of town, which is why I picked this one.

One of the beds still had the plastic cover on the mattress, which made me sweaty the first night. Fortunately the other bed was ok.

no bulb in the lamp beside the bed.no hair dryer.just missing a few details that would make this place from good to excellent, a few pictures on the wall, a second chair, I have in the hospitality business for decades, it details that make the difference, not necessary expensive ones, keep going !

The Kitchenette had only 2 plates, 2 mugs and 2 wine glasses had no cutlery, kettle, toaster, or any kitchen items for food prep. but showed a toaster and kettle in photos on-line. Could have had door mat and boot tray absorb water/snow, since entry to room was from the outside.

The location, 2 bedroom suite with mini fridge and microwave ...not fancy but was clean and comfortable and had some updates, and staff was very friendly.

Maintenance of some details of the rooms. ie needs some paint, trim details lacking, carpet stains ( could use newer carpet actually), old used coffee pod still in coffee maker, dirty bottom of (too long) shower curtain. These little things add up and make you question how clean and good the place can really be.

I have no complaints.

This was great value for money and we had a very comfortable stay at the property. We booked the spacious 2 bedroom suite and it was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The staff were friendly and no noise bled over from other rooms. There was a little fireplace and a coffee machine for a morning cup. This is in the middle of Huntsville close to everything.

Did not even stay the night. Checked in and the room was not what we were expecting for 200$ + dollars a night. The room was freezing and had smokey, stale air. Sink and mirror are in a separate room from the toilet and shower. Hardwood floors provided no comfort for my dog. Beds were hard. If I had booked it for 60$ a night I would have expected the room to be like that. We left after 10 minutes and just decided to make the long drive home! The room was clean but the smokey air was just too awful to consider staying the night.

It was run down and dirty. My daughter was crawling on the floor and her legs got really dirty after about 10 minutes. The radiators looked rusty and some didn’t have covers so it was not kid friendly. We paid $300 per night and I expected something that didn’t feel like a hazard to my child’s health.

My room was changed due to a plumbing issue and I was not informed. Only found out when I went to the office to ask why I had keys to the wrong room. The manager lied and said not only did she call me but that she actually spoke to me. The general attitude was “too bad, who cares.” A handyman came into my room 10 mins later to work on the windows, commenting “the owners refuse to replace the windows so just told me to put some screws in instead.” Windows were very obviously screwed closed to prevent them from opening. Beds sheets appeared dirty, pillows were flat and stained looking, TV set up is unreasonably complicated, the bathroom does not technically have a sink because it’s in a separate room with the mini fridge and microwave. The shower curtain is far too long, discoloured and dirty along the bottom where it drags in the tub, the toilet seat looks very old and stained. Towels are threadbare. The two chairs in the room were patio furniture (also stained). Looks like the floors, paint and sink/countertop have recently been updated but the paint job was so sloppy it’s dripped all over the floors. There’s also a $150 damage deposit that is put on the credit card which is fine, but is not communicated to guests. The charge just shows up and when I inquired about it, the lady at the desk seemed annoyed to have to explain. Stayed 5 days, room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. I was asked on the second day if I wanted new towels but not again after that.

Could have used some chairs and table in the room to eat meals at. The TV in the room didn't have a remote that worked with it, the universal remote wasn't paired with it. The buttons on the side of the TV didn't always work right, if you pressed the volume up button the TV would change channels, etc. Could use an upgraded TV.

Room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean, lots of space, well lit. Good range in cable channels available on the TV.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, found a few gross items in the nightstand and on the floor. The floor itself looked like it hasn't been mopped in a while. There was a strong paint smell in the room as well, and a bit of a smell in the fridge.

The dirty ash trays at the entrance was a sight for sore eyes.

The location is close to stores and the rate is affordable making for a great value for money accommodation.
