Would have like the restaurant to be open for breakfast. Room needs to be painted to a lighter color to make it brighter and more updated looking.

Booked a suite with queen bed and kitchen etc.They gave us a Suite with 2 queen beds even though I would have preferred what we booked which was a room with one queen bed and sofa bed. More like a Suite. Room and bathroom were very clean. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Very little to note: the rooms are slightly dated, the mattress and sofa are a bit too soft

The staff are all amazing…so hospitable and friendly! We had a ground floor queen suite for three nights. It had everything we needed. The pool and huge hot tub were so nice. The area around both is peaceful and serene.

Really everything was just as I expected . The one thing might be when I was booking was given a total price and when I arrived found out the the taxes were not include so would have been nice it it said taxes extra instead of saying total price .

Really the ONLY thing was a very tired & old looking Murphy bed/sofa…we didn’t want to sit on it (looked dirty)

Very laid back atmosphere, not crowded - lovely pool area with grassy yard as well, so feels like ‘cottage lifestyle’

The backyard grounds is what drew us to rent here, unfortunately, the weeds were about 18" high, making it apparent that they had not been taken care of all summer. The draw to the hotel is the back yard facilities. There should be more attention paid to keeping it looking spectacular. Hot tub, was hot, did not smell bad, water felt good, however it was quite cloudy, it could have used a fresh coat of paint as well, the pool, needed attention to the "sunscreen ring" a scrub brush would definitly keep that under control, it was well balanced and clear, water felt good.

room was spacious, and well equipped if you were intending on staying for more than a night or 2. Pool was good, parking was easy.

Booked the hotel when searching for rooms with sauna. While just found out the Sauna wasn't available when we got there.

Really Enjoy the stay. Friendly Staffs, Rooms are clean and neat got every thing you need for a short breakaway. Hot tub is great. A little disappointed the sauna was not available due to maintenance. Overall still a enjoyable trip for my family.

I noticed marks on the walls, rust on the heater in the washroom, and that the decor was slightly outdated. It was undoubtedly a very comfortable stay but by sprucing up the decor and finishings it would have felt like more luxurious stay.

The facility is two floors with stairs (no elevator).

Great main room and a bathroom with a hot tub and round glass shower with piped in music. The room even had a fireplace for winter. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice heated swimming pool a gigantic 25 foot long hot tub.

Should remove the carpet in the room it smelled like it used to be a smoker room! Also the electric heater was all rusted out I the bathroom due to the humidity should be easy to replace it just esthetic but it gives the impression that they are not keeping up the maintenance standards!

swimming pool and hot tub outside are great for the children. it is very close to a supermarket and the centre. even though the hotel does not offer breakfast, the room has all the facilities to eat inside in the room. friendly staff.

The property was not new but in good maintenance, outdoor pool and hot tub were even more excellent than expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Big and bright bathroom was a surprise. We definitely will return in future.

No housekeeping for seven days (total stay), despite being told they would come on day three and then asking at the front desk for them to come on day five when they didn't. Beds and pillows need updating.

Great location, good price, large hot tub. Walking distance to both the mountain and main street (less then 10 minutes). Staff are friendly.

Unfortunately, I did not have the time to check out the pool!

I had a very large room, and the bathroom was huge compared to other hotels; it had a jacuzzi (which I didn't use) and a large shower. There was a visual separation between bed and sitting area plus desk area; there was a kitchenette as well which came in handy as the restaurant was closed (probably due to Covid). The supermarket around the corner had everything, and everything in Saint-Sauveur was at walking distance, although the Relais is not in downtown. It is in a very quiet location, and I could hear my "neighbours" minimally: perfect!

The room was a bit outdated with a tiny kitchenette, but it was practical and served our needs for a short stay. Some of the other guests were a bit rowdy at the pool area.

We loved the saltwater pool and hot tub in the beautiful back garden area. A really nice treat for a quick getaway close to Montreal. Good value for money in the summer season. The huge bathtub in the room was also a plus!
