The only thing was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in your room although it is provided free from the bar.

The room was lovely and big and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the property is in a great location. The bed was super comfy as well. Having oat milk provided at breakfast was a great bonus for me as a vegan.

The bathroom was located on the far side of the suite, which meant travelling through the second bedroom to get to the washroom at night. This was a bit awkward when sharing the suite with a second couple.

The location was perfect, the rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved the bed and nice linens, they made for a great sleep. Breakfast was well organized and the food was quite tasty. I was also delighted by Donna who greeted us at the front desk. She was patient and kind and went out her way on several occasions to let us know where we could find things or to make sure we felt unrushed when using the hotels amenities like the hot tub and sauna in the evening. It’s a good traditional hotel in the centre of town. we found it quiet and were pleased with the on-site parking. Our room was large, well-furnished and very clean. Breakfast was particularly good - I enjoyed my sausage and scrambled eggs. They also have, what looks to be, a good restaurant - better to book in advance. Their pub is a loud place offering standard North American food. Only negative is no kettle or fridge in the rooms. They are aware of this so they will store anything you want in their breakfast room fridge and make available complimentary tea and coffee in the pub.

I still wish they had mini fridges and coffee makers in the rooms. Other than that I love the hotel and will definitely return.

I had dinner in the restaurant And food there was reasonable price yet quality was unsatisfactory.

In room refrigerator was missing. However they did offer to refrigerate any items as necessary.

Upgraded to room with spa!! Loved it, especially after a long hike, a soak and jet bubbles was exactly what I needed. Great comfy bed and a feeling of being spoiled. Loved it

There was no fridge in the room, just an ice bucket. There was no microwave. The sink was in a different room than the toilet and shower. It was awkward.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and there was a nice selection.

Shower water pressure or mixer was very sensitive, was either freezing or burning. but once I found the sweet spot things were fine. Hot tub was cold.

bed was super comfy and the linens felt clean and crisp. We slept so well.

i ordered a room for 5 people via booking. upon arrival, they said the room has only 2 queen sized beds, and if i want a folding bed i have to add money, , add another room or my 3 kids can sleep in the same bed. The clerk said that is standard procedure. i paid extra. if you post a room for 5 on Booking, you cant demand extra money for the fifth bed when the customer arrives. that is bad service.
