Everything was perfect, we loved stay so close to the nature. The accommodation is 2.5km far from village, but the trail to there is breathtaking (if you don't like walking, there is also a bus stop near by). The wifi was really good. Also it's very close to the green lake.

Coming in on a shuttle from Vancouver airport and not having a car made it difficult to get anywhere. I had a yurt booked and had to lug my suitcase, backpack, ski boots and ski bag up a hill for 10 minutes to get to my place. Little inconvenient but overall didn’t affect the stay at all.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Place was beautiful and well maintained! My yurt had all the amenities and the washrooms were well kept.

Cute (very soundproof) cabins. Tucked away just out side of city centre away from the busyness that is Whistler.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside over the Christmas holiday- truly exceeded our expectations. Was our first time staying in yurts, and my family was a little reluctant. Only downside was lack of privacy changing in the one room yurt, and walking to the bathrooms, but that was no big deal in the end. The water pump was frozen, which made getting water a little cumbersome, and also not insurmountable. Easy drive to Whistler - a little extra walking parking in the lots - we would up coordinating drop-offs, only because we were old and sore :) Kids were fine. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. Huge perk was the 2 minute walk to Scandinave Spa - wonderful! Thank you for a memorable trip!

hot water in bathroom run out fast and just good for 1 person to have a shower. Won’t come back till after 2 hours . Very frustrating.

There’s nothing you can dislike about the property.

It’s a beautiful place. We woke up on Christmas Day SNOWING surround by natural beauty. Words cannot explain the entire experience. I’m so in love with the place. The facility was very clean and the staff so nice! I didn’t know the Yurts didn’t come with towels and I packed non. The staff, she was so nice and sent someone out to give us some even after explaining and apologizing that the yurts don’t come with any. I liked everything about the property. At this moment right now. I miss it!!!! It wasn’t far at all from whistler village. Extremely convenient.

The cabin stairs are not too safe for children. It would also be great if they have larger cabins to accommodate bigger families.

The shared bathroom only had one shower for the men (I believe there were also two in the womens bathroom) servicing all of the yurts There is no on-site cafe, only a Thai restaurant that is open at night. There wasn't even anywhere to get a cup of coffee or tea in the morning The onsite shop did not sell much if you are looking at self-catering

The yurt was clean and spacious. Each yurt has its own picnic table. There are a number of walks available directly from the site

Beautiful setting about 30 minute walk away from the main village. Taxi was around 10 CND to get there or a few different walks which were nice too.
