Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

They have couple of restaurants Denny’s and Chop but didn’t find in Hotel offered breakfast or Dinner other than the restaurants attached

No extension cords tv and outlet was in a bad position. We had to set up our fire stick in the main sitting area. We wanted to watch a movie in bed. But, couldn't so we had to go to the couch instead. When we called to ask front desk if they had an extension cord. They didn't, in the future might be a good idea to invest in something like that to commidate your guests.

That bright light shining straight onto the head of the bed was annoying. Also the room thermostat and/or the individual heating cooling unit didn't appear to work. Most people wouldn't mind, but I find 21.5C a bit warm for sleep and I like to have fresh air at night (usually the 'fan' function would draw in fresh air). But, really, these are small issues compared to all the very positive aspects for disabled persons staying at this hotel.
The mattress was a bit soft on one side (the one closest to the bathroom, so most used) and the black out curtain didn't cover the whole window so a bright parking lot light shone directly into the room. Those are the ONLY small complaints. The handicapped room was very large (lots of room for my rollator) with well appointed walk in shower, and with sink, mirror and amenities table designed for wheelchair access. Hooks were at wheelchair height (they often aren't in handicapped rooms). Check in was warm, welcoming, quick and efficient, as was checkout. The handicapped room was very close to the lobby (most hotels locate them down the far end of the longest hallways). There is disabled parking right beside the entrance. There are two restaurants on-site - a very good steakhouse and an equally good Denny's and both offered room service. Wifi was excellent. Great indoor pool. The hotel is literally right off the 403, for easy off and easy back on in the morning. The room and bathroom were pristine, the entire hotel clean and well appointed. I would very happily stay at this hotel again.

Temperature of the room- too hot even after I dropped it. And I found the air to be very dry, very static. I was in room 323-handicap- it was fine but the reflection from the 2 peep holes hit me right in the eyes, while trying to sleep. Road noise. I was on the highway side. And couldn't turn the fan any higher to help with the noise.
Friendly staff. Clean room. TV channels were great. Reception area/foyer very tastefully decorated.

The doors in our suite needed repair as they would not close properly and were somewhat damaged. One of our four pillows had some markings on it.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette in our room was also very clean and came in handy for our stay.

Lighting in hotel rooms tends to be poor. However, our room at this hotel set a new low. The comfy chair for sitting and reading was located in a dark corner. There was no lamp nearby. Further, it was not possible to move a lamp to a spot close to the chair as there was no electrical outlet nearby.
Hotel was conveniently located. The room was spacious. We noticed that there was no kettle (for tea) in the room, so called the front desk. They quickly brought a kettle and we had our cup of tea.
