We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The pool/waterside was great for the kids. We loved the suite and how it had a pull out couch and a single bed (we have 3 kids). Kitchenette was nice. And....large windows and sliding door for fresh air.

CanadaEncountered 3 staff members, and only one was welcoming and helpful. Greet your guests with a smile. The mattress needed replacement, very uncomfortable. Would stay in the summer for the pool, but just for an airport hotel, there are other maybe cheaper options.
Free parking. Shuttle to the airport. Bar and restaurant located in the hotel and a couple of opinions near by as it's not downtown Richmond. Free parking is handy. The room was standard, we had two queen beds. Nice view and a balcony which would be nice on a sunny day. Pool not open, but looked very nice.

CanadaI am a repeat guest at this hotel and like it very much. Unfortunately there were kids teams staying there and the hallways were incredibly loud with kids playing hockey in them. Also the pool and hot tub were filled even late at night. My sister and I were celebrating our 36th birthday, first birthday we've spent together in 8 years so was looking to enjoy the hotel amenities. Unfortunately we were not able to do so. Would have been nice to be told about the multiple kids sports teams staying at that hotel that weekend.

CanadaIt really can't be a huge negative because it's the only hotel that has a waterslide so I can't fault the hotel really for the pool being very busy, almost too busy. It got rowdy with the teenagers over running the area being loud and obnoxious. Like us though we stayed for the waterslide so I suppose it was to be expected.
Good for the kiddos with the waterslide, convenient location. Stayed here before and the Columbia tower is much nicer than the Provincial wing. We do see ourselves booking again and will choose the Tower.
