I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The newly renovated bathroom and comfortable bed made my trip memorable. The owners were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond, making sure my stay was the best. I highly recommend Sandwich Boutique.

Struggled to get thermostat to go cool enough. I think air conditioning was off for the season but even just having the fan running would have been good, but heat was only option (November). Neighborhood isn't phenomenal but it is adequate.

Renovated building was quaint and cozy, interesting. There are many places within walking distance to enjoy.

You do have to climb stairs but it was ok. Worried in case of fire that I can’t open windows. Suppose you could break them. All conveniences for morning coffee and food storage.

Very, very clean. Convenient. Several restaurants close by. Great mattress. Quiet area.

Stairs, it's a tall flight of stairs to get up. Just expect that. Bed is nice but not the most comfortable.

Location is perfect! Easy walk to so much to do. Eat at Rock Bottom. Sandwich Brewery is right there too. The owner is so nice and responsive.

The foyer and stairway leading to the rooms need to be made more welcoming. As this is a “heritage” type building and a boutique hotel, I would have expected framed photos articles reflecting the property’s and district’s history plus a subtle but prominent sign signifying this is the Sandwich Boutique Hotel.

Loved the location: close to the riverfront and it’s walking/running paths, adjacent and close to pubs and eating places, easy access to highways and city roads, close to the university. The room was modern with a large closet and a large private bathroom. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Not sure about how sound proof the room is as we were the only ones there and there are gaps around the door that allow light and sound. Shower head couldn’t be adjusted.

Great location for our purposes. Walking distance to places to eat- recommend the Barrel House (pub) right across the road. Nice restoration of a historical building. Liked having use of shared lounge space and fridge.

I loved the very thick old oak staircase and the very neutral professionally renovated interior. It was obviously well insulated and very quiet. It was nice having a kitchen area with a microwave and full sized fridge that allowed me to store some perishable food during my stay. There were restaurants, a pharmacy and a dollar store surrounding this lovely boutique hotel.

I liked everything but for those booking, keep in mind this is not a hotel with 24 hour front desk, gym, concierge. There are only three room and a suites, so are likely to get booked during high season.

Heritage, atmospheric building. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Shared kitchen space. Near U of Windsor, so perfect location of faculty. This boutique hotel suited my needs perfectly as it offers the coziness/hospitality of an Airbnb and the independence of a hotel.

The property is great its near to everything,it has the amenity of a hotel but the privacy of airbnb,Joe made sure we get everything we need during our four days stay.We will definitely go back the next time when we are in town.

Renovated rooms, new and clean, location, historic building rather than big hotel chain. Easy checkin and super helpful owner, little common area with kitchen and complimentary coffee / tea. Direct parking @reasonable price.

Lights in common room very bright at night. Shone through around door jamb into bedroom That is the only item that I had any concern about.

Breakfast not applicable. Choice of complimentary beverages was great. Good kitchen facilities if desired. VERY clean. Location was excellent for our purposes. We WILL return again.

It was an old post office which was completely renovated in a very modern decor.

Very unique surpassed my expectations. Very new and clean inside.

The Hot water takes 10mins to get hot. TV package is pathetic, for a sports fan, unless you like watching Poker from 2017. Bed was very soft, I would say TOO soft. The windows are very heavy and difficult to open, and had no screens in some. Also if you have a medical condition that requires alternative medicines you will be asked to leave..

The room itself was beautiful, and the bathroom was HUGE.
