Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A pharmacy-like convenience store within the building.
We loved the resort feel of the accommodations. Everything you needed was nice and close although we did wish that there was a more extensive service station/convenience store nearby.

Some places lack proper maintenance. The tiles in the hot tub are poorly glued in, some stains on our bathroom floor and some supplies were missing when we arrived.
The water park is a family favourite. The food is delicious and great quality. The staff is wonderful.

For one night, including taxes, I paid just under $600 for a basic room. That is a HUGE cost. We would come more but the price is just astronomical. for a standard room, this is one of the MOST expensive rooms in Alberta.
I love how reasonable this hotel is for families with kids under 6, in relation to food. The kids eat free at the bar and at the buffet (if the paretns are eating as well). The kids LOVE the pool--real GREAT family hotel There is a lot of events and activities happening to entertain people of all ages

it seems on all my visits to the Pomeroy the steam room is not reliable ?

Called for Bell service and no one came. Also asked for late checkout and was told busy weekend even though long weekend ended and everyone back to school
New water park and towel service made my kids weekend and also the extra events for kids

There aren’t any affordable public transport options. It shouldn’t cost as much or take as long to get there as it does

The hot tub is insanely hot to the point of it being dangerous. It is way hotter than any of the hot pools at the knordic spa. They should use some of that energy to the pool more and have a lower more comfortable temp in the hot tub.
Food was fantastic and I loved all the kids activities

Value for money spent was not enough. A room with two queen beds with 1 chair and 1 table. Should have a least 2 chairs to sit at the table Need some "spa" ambiance music around the pools outside.

We had the absolute best vacation at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge! The facilities were perfect - clean, beautifully decorated, and so great for families. Food was excellent and the service was exceptional. We cannot wait to come back.

I didn't like how expensive the meal options were. Even the Cafe was very expensive and extremely slow service. There wasn't a lot of options for affordable meals unless you brought your own food.

The lighting inside the rooms are dark and washroom door at the main floor cannot be lock.

Ate at the Forte restaurant for dinner and breakfast. For the price of the food, I found the dinner to be meh. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't blow my socks off. I felt like it was expensive for the food quality.
Room was comfortable and clean. Fireside moments where you could make smores was great! Hotel decorated nicely for Christmas. Overall enjoyed my stay.
